@alHalwima No problem. But yeah, as a reference; remember that episode where it fired a buster shot through a falling plane to protect Relena? Instead of completely engulfing it, it punched through the side and knocked it off course. That, and when Heero fired over Deathscythe's shoulder and nailed a Leo in the face. Personally, I think its a waste of a shot since the 01's rifle only gets three (though obviously there are extra e-caps available like in the Kai version).

I'm assuming that he's saying "Commencing Attack" or something around the lines of that, but I'd like an actual translation of what he's saying.

He's saying "beginning elimation/removal. Though it pretty much could also stand for beginning attack, if you wanted it to. Japanese basically has a bunch of ways to say one thing, unlike english which is generally direct.

Commencing Attack would directly translate to "Kogeki Kashin" however.

The best version of Wing is the original TV version. Not Wing Zero and it's shieldless custom version but the original. A shame that the game didn't include Wing Gundam's impaling shield attack or the saber attack on that one shuttle in the show.

The last attack definitely says, "This is all I need to kick your ass."
