This feature is added on Compizfusion, you have to activate or install this in any Linux based computer (x86)

Compiz comes pre-installed on some of the newer versions of Ubuntu.

Sure, but it isn't so in many other distributions ... where you have to install compizfusion manually and some special features too.
@Ray0X0 on ubuntu 10.04 and ubuntu 10.10 compiz effects are pre installed but the settings for those effects are a seperate download.
