The war on terror should be won with intelligence agents and police forces not with the military. The terrorist are secretive and so our presence must also be secretive. Fighting the war on terror with a military is like going to war wearing clown suits with targets on our backs. Unnecessarily sticking out when we could have infiltrated their cells using secret assassins. Kill the terrorist when they don't know what we look like and know what's coming.
if you want to gain the support of the troops, double the veteran's benefits, not their "operational allowance" which most certainly will lead to loss of more blood and treasure
