South Korea has really great doctors though... It's far more modern than a lot of people in the US think. So don't hate on S. Korea. And Singapore's IMR is 2.31 out of 1000 births. The US is far behind a lot of places ;)

oh my gosh. is it just my computer or the sound level is very low. i had to lean in into the speakers of my computer to hear what he is saying, && yet i still did not clearly hear what he had to say.

WOW! I didn't know The United States had a higher infant fatality rate than Cuba and South Korea!!! I knew cesareans were dangerous to an extent but that's the difference in world wide statistics...that's alarming. I'm pro-midwife and here's just another reason why. Thanks for the information!
