  • I know an autistic child that got a wii fit in our family. His mom decided it was better than the "balancing board" (a wood 2 x 4 W/ basically half a soft ball under it) that was recommended for the child. Wii fit was cheaper.  Not to mention he loves playing on it. The child is 4. Yes, it has helped.

  • The thing I would probably notice..is that the board is placed on the carpet..giving different results...place a normal weight machine on a carpet and then on a hard floor and see the difference.

  • 2 days in I would say yes, but I imagine in a week or two the pull of the spring sunshine will lead us out side instead. We got our Wii this past christmas and played furiously when it was cold. But the summer rains will be here before too long...
