I kept getting dsi exception with a dane electric 8GB SDHC card. I partitioned the card to 1GB and the rest as free and tried again. seems to have worked. No more dsi exception.
@Twinklezkuu Try removing unnecessary peripherals like Wii Motion Plus, Nunchuk, GC memory cards, etc. IF that doesn't work, try reformating again to FAT32, try other SD cards or SDHC cards.
