I don't know. This woman is fantastic to listen to. I don't mind saying that she draws me in on some parts and you can tell she's getting emotional. Maybe I connected with her because of that. My diet has "cleaned up" to the point that so many things affect me so much more strongly and without warning..not in a bad way, but it's as if everything is "more real." I feel like she gets that. I have decided to document my experience as well, but am not sure if I should put it one youtube b/c I am an aspiring actress and don't know if it's a good idea to put my face out there talking about things that could cost me an acting job (if someone doesn't agree or finds what I say offensive). What is your take on speaking your truth in the entertainment industry?

boy , and girl , things are really warm in the raw lifestyle knowledge now , i have just started eating more olive oil / avocado , and other oils , has made a huge difference , nuts whole are pretty good , and unshelled or sheleed hemp are good , but to get a bit of the pressed oil through me once in a while is necessery
I agree with your stance on organic produce. I am such a firm believer of it. I've been puchasing organic produce, and i can't get over how much better they taste. My theory is that they can't sell bad fruits because being organic, they'd look bad as well. You brought some light onto the heirloom aspect though. I've never thought of that before...
