You say its the best free mmo. Have you even tried DDO lately? Yes, its grindy, but the graphics blow WoW away. DDO is less gear dependent. Which is good. I can't stand gear dependence to the level that WoW takes it. Hopefully the TP skill feature of RoM ditches the total gear dependence that WoW had. WoW fanboy's piss me off when they say "stole it from WoW," as if WoW is the original mmo. Give me a break with that crap.

I played WoW for awhile and maxed out my Rogue, Warrior, Death Knight, Paladin an Mage. There is no real challenge to WoW, an nothing very fun to keep you around. I have only been playing RoM for a short time an I would play it anyday over WoW. Way more fun, more to it etc etc. An I like the class combo like Guild Wars an Final Fantasy XI. Over all its a very well done game for a F2P.

well thats debatable. wow isnt exactly the best mmo. it dosent do everything as well as other games. for instance guild wars has a much more interesting combat/class system and Runes of magic has customisable houses to give you something to call your own. what wow does is find a middle ground between a hardcore rpg and a casual game that practically anyone can play averagely but a master can spend years learning everything.

just about every good mmo is a WoW clone or an arena shooter which is why i quit most online games im sick of clicking to kill stuff (not counting operating guns) id like to see and mmo with oblivion style gameplay that would be fun or an mmo where the rogues stealth ability isnt just turning invisible for such a short amount of time you cant do shit
If you can play World of warcraft with minor lag, like i do with my integrated graphics and 1gb ram...then you'll be playing this game at 10 fps max which is absurd.
