@jamgabem Sorry I didn't get back with you sooner, it's been a busy week. I find the 1 1/2 inch belt fits the best, but a 1 3/4 will work, just might be a hair tight on some jeans. I have some that it fits in perfectly, and others it won't. Glad to hear its working for you.
@MrNiceguy259 I usually wear a 38 in blue jeans and 40 in the 5.11 pants, so I got a 40-42 (XL). It fits great. There is plenty of room for the belt to fold over and secure. My belt had an issue with the little bar inside the buckle keeps falling out. I called 5.11 and they sent me out a new belt. Great customer service.
Nice review. I'm considering this belt also and I'm curious about sizing. Did you order the belt according to the waist size of your pants? Does that automatically give you the extra length needed to double back and Velcro?
