You are looking at the game before it was even DOA 4.0. This is the beta, and now DOA 4 is at 4.1. Big difference, but a lot of people don't notice. Not to mention the testers were just pressing buttons lol.

Im assuming this is a unfinished copy of DOA4 because the character icons are completley different and the music during the Kokoro VS Christie is not in the finished version. I wish it was cause it sounds cool.

This isn't DOA 4 on 360, it's DOA 4 on Arcade, that's why the animations suck, on 360 the game plays a ton better and looks a lot better.

that first black girl she's doing capoeira but theyve done a REALLY shoddy job on the mo-cap. serious flaws in her movements there is nothing close to the authenticity of the capoeira in Tekken. dissapointed.

i got do4 on 360 the other day, dissappointed with it, got to say soul calibur 3 is the best beat um up ive played (on the ps2) hope they being out sc game on the 360 in the near future

Soul Calibur 3 is crap, I prefer Soul Calibur 2 for the X-box. And at first, I wasn't happy with DOA 4, I thought the whole reversing thing was ridiculously hard. But after a while, its actually easy. So now I love it...Though its full of sluts. And Kasumi's ending has no point to it what so ever -.-

I always loved tekken for his better animations (motion captured) while I hate to see the unreal animations of DoA. Anyway, with the latest verions, tekken goes bad, cos the gameplay is reduced to do a juggling attack followed (if it goes right) by the character's best/long combo while the opponent is in the air. with only 2 attacks the KO is assured.

So I think DoA has a better gameplay

they just added new unlocks and new costumes, looks better. difficulty is super hard in this game. too bad u cant use the unlock characters for story mode. u can only win in xbox live if ur really good or if the player ur against with sucks.

Ok honestly I like all the titles that this company has given us. DOA isn't really a button masher cuase if you push more than too buttons it goes into a grapple. Tekken you can button mash, same with SC. But still there all great games.

it does have to be that way. You can change the controller settings to one button for grapple.

Even Tekken and SC requires 2 buttons for grappling unless you change the settings.

What is really the difference with DOA2-DOA3-DOA4 anyway? JUST NEW ENVIRONENTS and a few new characters. Mostly the SAME but it just looks better.Another is that with doa's engine even a newbee-buttonsmashing-idiot can be labled as a good player (wth kind of crap is that?) All of my friends with DoA had a Hype that was VERY short lived. To this day, I know people who still play TEKKEN TAG TOURNAMENT.

Yet there were three tekken games after tekken tag. Like all fighting games, the differences aren't massive. Added moves, gameplay tweaks, and some new characters. The changes are there, they just aren't very big. Tekken doesn't change all that much from each version either.

Well, first of all this game is off the hook. But, i dont know if its the same way for you, but playing DOA gets boring after a while. The graphics are stunning and there are virtually no loading times. Im really dissapointed because the characters do the same moves as the previous Doa (Dead or Alive 3) Anyhow, this is a good overal game and it's Demo Is available for download now on Xbox LIve for the 360.

love the way the screen shakes whenever the character lay a hit in DOA. Dont really like the cheap fire-thundery hit effect in tekken but they're bothe good games anyways..
