Yet another piece to my collective memory puzzle, thank you.
Saw this often on WPIX as a kid. In retrospect, not sure why they'd play this commercial during after school cartoons.

Whenever I find myself asking a dumb question because I didn't read instructions completely or a sign, I jokingly say RIF Reading in Fundamental. Some people get it, some people don't.
