This is awesome! There are only a very few artists I consider to be the spiritual heirs of Sly and the Family Stone. Lenny definitely qualities. He Rocks, he Funks, HE RULES! He has the same record collection I do and knows who to rip off (I mean that as a compliment). He is electrifying live, go see him if you get the chance! The only other guy I can think of who "gets it" like Lenny does is Prince. I keep praying for a Sly Stone comeback someday but from everything I've read, he's toast.
