Princess Madeleine has a very refined nose these days. The bridge of her nose is much smaller. But what makes the surgery work is that everything else she had facially to start with was very nice - good skin, great eyes, strong chin, etc. The rhinoplasty is merely a refinement and not an effort to look like someone else.
She also had a breast augmentation.

Louise "Lussan" Gottlieb is known to be Princess Madeleine's best friend. Another good friend of hers is her older brother Prince Carl-Philip's girlfriend Emma Pernald.
Princess Madeleine of course also spends a lot of time with her boyfriend Jonas Bergström.
