Each time I try to get my sims on sims 3 to go on the computer it's fine, and then when I've finnished with them using the computer, I cancel the option and make them do something else (like what any other person would do) and my whole game closes and i lose everything I have done and I have to restart from where I was before.

ive got the sims 3 on my mums computer. ive used it but now if i click play on the game launcher it says no disc even tho i have a disc in. does any one know how to fix that?

I had the same issue with Sims 2 on my old XP. All I did was reinsert the disc, and try to run the game over and over until it finally worked. My old computer had a shit ton of viruses/trojans/etc. on it, so that very well may have been one of my issues.

Another issue is that you might have gotten a blank disc. If you can, see if you can return the game to the supplier and get a new one. If the new one doesn't work, then I don't know what to tell you.

That's cool! The Create a Sim really looks like the Sims in the TS3 screenshots--except pixelly LOL. The two girls in the background sound like they're either chatting or one of them is telling the other one a joke hahaha :)

They tried to make The Sims look realistic, but in The Sims 2 I think they gave up and tried for cartoon-like appearances, and The Sims 3 just proves that. The Sims 3 is cartoony and simple looking. Which I'm down for because that opens more Create A Sim possibilities and takes up less memory.

well my sim went to a community lot, and when she came back it told me she had bought a new computer game, and that i should buy a new console to play it on. so i bought a console (not a pc) and i looked and said the sims 3 under ssx3. so you dont just have to have a computer from mr. humble to get your sims to play sims 3:)
