This guy not a bad actor but they are asking the impossible from him maybe after 50 pounds rippled ,bottom less goat tie the attitude to move a mountain with his own hand and a passion for guns like the guy from police academy maybe and only maybe you could perform acceptable not great role

The only things that are missing in Snake Eyes and Stormy's storyine is they didnt mention the master being stormy's uncle and Zartan was the who killed their master not Stormy.

I believe that there are different versions of the movie out there, from what I recall, (at least in my area) Scarlet calls him Gung-Ho! Maybe that was cut out of the version you seen, therefore the kiddie insults are not necessary!

Transformers 2 is getting an awful lot of hate. I thought it was great, just look at it as a bunch of giant robots wailing on eachother for a few hours.
For those of you wondering, why he's Sgt Stone and not Gung Ho, In the movie, he was never mentioned by name, so in the script the character was probably written as Gung Ho. If you look at his toy, he looks more like Flint than any other existing Joe.
Why would he look like Gung Ho???? He was St. Stone though he actually looked just like Lt. Flint. As a military member I should also add he was the only one who actually looked like a soldier in the movie - he had the stand and the bearing of a real sergeant.

Well after seeing him in this I was hoping Sommers might cast him as Lt. Flint in the sequel but it probably will not happen. He is identified as St. Stone in the cameo. I doubt Brendan would accept a minor role in the sequel. If he is cast, he has to be cast as a major character.

Just as I thought this was probably done to promote this movie internationally. Who the f..k knows Channing Tatum internationally? Everyone knows the Mummy movies. Two of his movies last summer made almost $700 million and he was asked about this movie in every interview last summer.
I heard in an interview that Frasier is SGT. Stone and when they promote this film in other countries like say Japan and Korea they show tv spots with Byung Hun Lee (Stormshadow) because he is the most popular there.
I just found out by watching this video that Brendan Frasier is a stoner. Which makes him cool again in my eyes. The only thing is you could see his publicist being a major c as they tend to be.

For those of you wondering, why he's Sgt Stone and not Gung Ho, In the movie, he was never mentioned by name, so in the script the character was probably written as Gung Ho. If you look at his toy, he looks more like Flint than any other existing Joe.

Why would he look like Gung Ho???? He was St. Stone though he actually looked just like Lt. Flint. As a military member I should also add he was the only one who actually looked like a soldier in the movie - he had the stand and the bearing of a real sergeant.

Well after seeing him in this I was hoping Sommers might cast him as Lt. Flint in the sequel but it probably will not happen. He is identified as St. Stone in the cameo. I doubt Brendan would accept a minor role in the sequel. If he is cast, he has to be cast as a major character.

That's why it is a cameo - it is uncredited appearance. I saw it tonight and he looked very good. He was St. Stone but he actually looked like Lt. Flint and Channing Tatum is lucky Brendan Fraser was not cast as full time character. He would have dominated the movie. Tatum was really bad - nothing special, just too ordinary.

According to people who had an early screening of the movie, he is NOT Gung Ho. He has a 10 sec. cameo and his character does not have a name.
Just as I thought this was probably done to promote this movie internationally. Who the f..k knows Channing Tatum internationally? Everyone knows the Mummy movies. Two of his movies last summer made almost $700 million and he was asked about this movie in every interview last summer.

Brendan Fraser did more to promote this movie than anyone else. He has been asked about it in every single Mummy interview in 2008. He is probably the most famous person in the stupid movie anyway and it is only a cameo. Stop whining and lay off of him already.

wow Im quite surprised how negative people are. I have no idea who gung ho is, Ive never played with GI Joes but I got it quite clearly that hes NOT playing a GI joe in the movie... as for his behaviour, the negative comments from some people show just how humans really can be... it seems to me hes just really tired and talking faster than hes thinking.. which I do all the time. another example of how people expect actors to be perfect at all times.

same here when i found out who was playign cobra commander ilost all intrest inthe movie. at least the transformers movie (not perfect by a long shot) uses some fo teh original voice actors and makes the villaisn look tough. but the guy from third rock playing cobra commander and now this mummy bozo playing a character thats not even fromt eh original series. they could have put shipwreck or flint int he movie but no they had to add this asshole.
