A 32/38 is ridiculous. Bats come with a 3-ounce drop, so like 33/30 or 34/31. For anyone to use a 32/38 they would have to be on crack, it is way too short and way too heavy for the length. There are regulations on bat size and weight proportion so you can't just go buy a lighter bat, then the bat would be illegal as well, thus why people cork bats to cheat.
