The practices weren't deceptive, the wording is in the documents they are constantly sending you. But who the hell reads all of that??!! Most people do not have problems using credit cards, but like Mortgages........ some people just shouldn''t have them.
The credit companies have been screwing people over for years with deceptive practices. I'm glad Obama is doing something about it!
