  • which scale do you you use to improvise on that progression?

  • whatever works with each chord (ie dorian b2, A diminished wholetone, and d harmonic minor) is what i would do. you dont have to adhere to a set of modes all the time just think to match a scale with a chord. but make sure your solo flows!!!
