  • Being a man that adores fat women, I think you look much better fat. I understand you want to lose weight for yourself. But seeing your pictures of you losing weight, you didn't seem to be any happier. A person can be happy, and healthy fat. There are a lot of men that love, and want a fat woman, like me for instance. I'm sure if you found the right man, you would feel different. Join a dating group that caters to bbw. Diets kiil more than being fat sweetie. Look how you sufered, and the pain.

  • what's sad is the way that "weight loss" dominates someone's life more than just being the way you are, and being who you are. i would rather be with someone fat and confident rather than being with someone skinny and miserable.

  • look at those big jelly arms on you! how do you feel being that fat? how do you like your body in a bathing suit? are you ashamed?

  • @11LeafSweet

are you NUTS asking a question like that? You are the one with the weight problem here. You are just horrible. You are about as ignorant as they come. Why are you here if you just want to say ugly and horrible things to this lady. You need to change your name to Mean LEAF because you are just plain mean.

  • I guess Im confused by your weight "stabilization" problem. Im only commenting because im also with medifast. Did you continue with the program as prescribed and still gain 200 lbs back? Please elaborate on this. Good Luck with your new effort. God Bless!

  • You look truly beautiful in that last picture. You are just meant to be a big woman.

  • I love you Tarra

  • Beautiful video, Tara. I cannot tolerate artificial sweeteners, either. I use stevia... it comes from a sweet plant similar to mint leaves. HCG seems so radical and scary to those who haven't done the research. To those of us who have, (and have even tried to prove it wrong) it is an absolute godsend, and the only way to truly keep the weight off for life. I cannot wait for you to begin your journey, and I will check back often. You can do it. I know it.

  • You will DO THIS.... with Stevia... it is NATURAL... hopefully that will help... just let us know if you need help or have questions!

  • I just started hcg this week - I have tried so many diets, feeling all along that there was something wrong with my hormones. As a matter of fact I found hcg when I was searching for hormone problems related to hair loss/breakage. So far it is working great - I won't say it is easy, but the hope in the end is that I will be 'fixed' - my hormones will be balanced - and I won't have the same strong cravings, etc. This is the only diet that concentrates so much more on our physical problems...cont

  • instead of our mental issues. To me, it seems that more people are overweight because of physical issues rather than emotional ones. This diet make such scientific sense - so I have lots of faith in it.

Good luck on your journey - we'll be watchinig!

  • How about looking into getting your metabolic type figured out? Look up Erin Huggins or Sean Croxton or Antonio Valladares here on YouTube or Google. After losing 150 pounds then regaining 30 I decided to get healthy. Losing weight is a side effect of getting healthy and nourished. I believe you can too! Be well. Don't starve! Stay away from any artificial, diet, low fat foods. They're what are killing us and keeping us fat.

  • Do read ROGER GOULD, M.D.'s book "SHRINK YOURSELF" on dealing with stress and regaining weight from emotional eating. The HCG Diet works, but like Dr. Gould says in clips here on YouTube, you have to learn to deal with sttress r u will continue to regain the weight.

  • Can't wait for you to join us. I know you'll love it. Let me know if I can help in any way.

  • hello tarra74

Im so glad you have found your way to HCG. This will change your life.;)

    beautiful video

  • Hard to be happy with such a burden. You are a real winner to have come as far as you have. That is the thought to carry forward. Many out here get the magnitude of your pain and now importantly the magnitude of your success. You are admired by many. Hang in there, continued success and good luck.

  • I'm right there with you fighting the fight! I lost 202 lbs in 2002 and then gained it all back plus some. Last Nov. I started my journey again. This time around I am down about 130 lbs. I have a ton of loose skin too. I want you to know that this time around you've been one of my inspirations! We CAN do it! Much love!

Also, I love the song you put on here! So touching!

  • Great video and just stopping by to encourage you that you can do this! If you need tips on how to do it the hcg way, feel free to email me or watch my vids for info and inspiration!

    :O)

  • I agree with Krystal ( inhisstrength319), I am also starting my weight lost journey as I have been inspired by her. We can do this together. Keep posting videos and keep each other inspired. :) Hugs!

  • I would love to support you and encourage you in all your weight loss endevours. I also want to encourage you to try it natural, I know it is hard but try not doing medifast or hcg. Cut your portions in half, exercise, and do it all natural it wont come back that way and you wont have a lot of excess skin. I have been on a weight loss journey for 1 month almost and have lost 20 lbs. all natural I started at 324.5 lbs. and a bmi of 57. I will fight til I win and so can you ALL NATURAL!
