On a cold night you can put anti freeze in your toilets and turn off the water main, and heat let the house get to 29 degrees for 1 hour, then raise the temperature of the house slowly back up, and after 1 hour above freezing , turn the water back on and flush any antifreeze down the bowl and flush water a few times, now raise the temperature of the home to 140 degrees for 3 hours.

Scabies can't be cured by vacuuming, the mite lives its entire life on YOUR body. There are no natural cures. Permethrin/ ivermectin are needed.
