  • jeezzzzzzzzzzzz this is fast! does anyone knows a live version that they would play at this tempo!!!

  • u could listen to it over and over again and never get bored.

i always play it when i study :)

  • I have heard many interpretations and this is by for the fastest. A bit brushed over as well...the notes not being taken that seriously.

  • And plus you think third is high? Try 6th or higher, then come talk to me.

  • Ok everyone. Lots have played this as a solo, even 6 year olds. So shut up. I don't care that youre 11 and played this as a "perfect" solo. So have I. Seriously shut up and listen rather than bragging.

  • @Animallover30000 (Yeah, pretty much everyone in my school orchestra played it. I got a good rating on it in solo and ensemble, but so did everyone else.)

  • el león de San Marcos, representativo de Venezia

  • its not that fast

  • this is on of the best

  • Comment removed

  • this is my solo but i can only play up to abbout 1:10 -.-

  • Man they don't do this kind of music anymore! Freetubemusic(dot)com

  • just so u guys kmow this is third posision im concert leader in a chamber orchrastra and im 11 im on my sis acount and i played this as a perfect solo

  • i see this image and the song

i feel me in the sky

  • Why is the tempo so fast? There is no need to do this. The nuance of the piece is lost. More like Flight of the Bumblebee...

  • I am having some trouble about the recording. I don't seem to find my sound card, and I am still looking. If I can't find it, finishing this project will take a long time. If so, I am very sorry. Thank you for the support so far.

  • Spritely performance.

  • Who is the author of the painting, does anyone know?

  • @gxgfree4rhyme Carpaccio.

  • @lapinot21 Thank you.

  • could any knid person tell me what being that is?!!!?

  • @ttomace Music, the real one.

  • @ttomace this guy appears on the coat of arms of Venice ... other than that i dunno :D

  • @ttomace It's a lion with wings, symbol of Saint Marc, protector of Venice.

  • @ttomace And it was painted by Carpaccio.

  • wern’t all of his compositions made with violin, so all of his compositions violin concertos… kinda.

  • Before I clickd into here I thouht it was a dinosaur... .

  • 15 people be idiots

  • I played this music last Christmas on music school, it's really beautifull : )

  • Because when I heard this piece of music, I was near craze! So many things and memories came to my mind. I knew that listening classical music could help person 'stop' in a period of time. Also it can help a person remember the past more easily, even could remind more things, beautiful things. Although all things happened even before 2006, even thought I will never go back to the place, even I left my country and live in the Unites States, I will still keep it in mind forever until I die.

  • There is a historic tower near my home. I usually went there and went up stairs of the clock tower. It had more than one hundred year history. And I almost searched every room of the clock tower. It was made of wood and brick. It was nearby the rive, It could be seen from the opposite of the river.

  • During the period of the time, I also was studying architecture in the university, also spent many time with my classmates and talked and talked about the major, which has connection with classical music. In all, sunshine, friendship and family, even the love fulled the years. I listening the music very frequently even it penetration in my daily life, the neighbors, the people, the activities, the new finding, the architecture design, the real world nearby my home.

  • And there was a beautiful landscape around the community and other neighbors. The trees and the flowers, the little and trails, the river, the ships in the river, the people who walk along the river, the landscape opposite of the river, and the four seasons, and..I spent my best and the most impression years there...and the place was so quite and I got along with my friends, my neighbors and my parents.

  • When I first heard this piece of Vivaldi's music, I was motivated. It glories a period of time during the great Baroque time. remember that when I was living in a community in my home tome, there was a historic tower near my apartment. The community was long the bank of Yangtze River, maybe you know that where I come from.

  • La musique de Vivaldi est sublime

  • soooooo much fun to play!!! : )))))

  • LOVE MUSIC

  • Presto is so great. Love it!

  • i'm dying to play this but i left my violin at school :D

  • I don't know how I'll get this down... :o

  • Music of Vivaldi speaks straight to human's feelings...

    No doubt about that!

  • where can i find the mp3 of this??????????

  • I loved the Allegro and Presto the most. It shot right through my heart, reminding me yet again why I love to listen to classical music. A marvelous piece of work.

  • @robinmooy it's not classical. it's baroque art music. classical was the next period of musical history.

  • @MatthewSychantha Ah, thank you. I did not know that ^^. Either way, it's truly amazing.

  • @MatthewSychantha Yes, though I believe they're referring to classical as opposed to jazz or pop.

  • @MatthewSychantha

it's so strange though how Vivaldi doesn't sound baroque AT ALL. compared with, say, a de la guerre toccata, this sounds VERY classical in style. almost more gallante.

  • well played. Amazing technique.

  • awesome

  • una obra maestra!!!

  • beautiful, just beautiful the first movement

  • i feel so ignorant , today is the first time a hear vivaldi..

violin is my favorite instrument (and piano..)

i was looking for violing songs and this guy was born to play it ._.

  • @escorbutoxps4 I have always believed that it can NEVER be the first time you hear Vivaldi, Beethoven, Mozart or Bach.... for me, the Four Seasons, Bach's preludes, Beethoven's moonlight Sonata were always somewhere in the back of my mind, just waiting to be listened to again..... but neverhteless, WELCOME:D to what is, in my opinion, the greatest violin composer that ever lived:D

  • @DarkLionInteractive I am appreciated that your left these words here! Yes, the first time I listened his work when I was less than eight years old. It was the second part of 'winter'. I have listened his music during the years when I was in my country, during the year between 2005-2007, and you are right, I also listened Bach's works and Beethoven's works. With time past by, I found that music could help me 'recording the time ever past'.

  • @DarkLionInteractive I know that what is the most precious thing in my life, Vivaldi 's works bring me to the nature, I see the flowers, the trees, the rivers, also I see the villages, the farmers are working in the field, the church's bears ringing, even I am stay in the Piazza San Marco in Venice, just like the oil paintings. It is a clean, quiet, serene, comfortable and pleasure world. Yes, I agree with you that he is the greatest violin composer that ever lived.

  • @charlieyoung1988 weeell, I am glad we share an opinion on this matter :D

  • @escorbutoxps4 You do know that Vivaldi was a composer from the baroque period, not a violinist right?

  • @mccoubrj But he was a violinist! He performed and taught violin for most of his life while composing hundreds of concerti.

  • @escorbutoxps4 welcome then

  • I played this piece on my violin for the final exam

  • This touched my Heart <3

  • how the hekk am i gonna learn this !?

  • @SuperVictoriaG it sounds harder than it actually is trust me

  • @00Mj000 oh ok thanks! I GOT HOPE!! :D

  • @SuperVictoriaG np :) just remember though. practise it slowly for one weekat least. dont try to go fast to test your ability, the important thing here is keeping the rhythm steady. after that, you will be able to play it at the real speed in no time. and im pretty sure this is a little faster than original. go to itzhak perlman's video to see how fast it goes. Good luck :) sorry too much info lol

  • @00Mj000 Ok, ill do like you said :)

  • im playing this song for my next concert :)

  • tis is the best song!!

  • In my opinion he is playing too fast. I like this song very much but at a slower pace.

  • @isaandr it's just another interpretation of this piece of music. i think the fast pace and short bow stroke are pretty good too.

  • @isaandr I like it fast cuz when my mom makes me listen to it for school it takes alot less time! haha :)

  • A QUE IMBECIL HIJO DE PUTA NO LE VA A GUSTAR ESTO!!!!!!??? I LOVE VIVALDI!!!

  • 250 000 $ of difference in value of violins. (totally speculative)

  • 4:57 EARGASM AAAAA

  • One of my favourite pieces to play. Obviously not as professionally as on this recording, but it is a great piece of music. (And greatly coined as 'right' for violin students :) .)

I love your channel! Thanks for the hard work uploading and collating into playlists - much appreciated!

  • best violin concerto

  • it takes my soul away

  • que hermoso, es un deleite escucharlo...

  • OMG

  • Antonio is the most talented musician in my heart

  • @alfonsCena

La peinture représente le lion de saint marc l'emblème de venise.

  • I played Tetris to this, and as soon as the 3rd movement started... I lost. Probably because I was singing along. :P

  • @037rch yo también quiero saber.

What's the name of that painting?

  • @alfonsCena

i also want to know what the painting is called!

Let me know if you ever find out....

Or if anyone can give me the name of that creature in the picture

  • @1pwNz0mb13Z

    I guess it's a manticore.

  • Such a great piece... I've learned the 1st and 3rd movements, and now I'm working on the 2nd movement which is just beautiful :)

  • 11 people missed the like button...

  • como se llama esa pintura?

  • the basis of most modern day music rhythms based off rhythms created by vivaldi. Listening to some music these days, you can easily tell they get ideas from many, many various different musicians. No more originality. But thats what people are into :)

  • Hm... a dislike button on Vivaldi's tunes? Youtube, I thought you knew better

  • Lovely piece of music.

The comments are funny, especially when people just somehow start arguing with each other on such small, insignificant things... And then they start throwing shit at each other before long...

Hmmm, maybe Vivaldi WAS heavy pottymouthed! But we might not know o.o

  • minor is awesome

  • i WANT that image as a screensaver...

  • too fast

  • how is possivel that 11 people unlike this?????? i dont understand

  • @javipingim1

maybe because its probably not in A minor.

  • Do you know the title/artist of the artwork?

  • The 11 people who disliked this video either are deaf or are ignorant hippies. Or mabe some of those bad teenagers these days.

  • спасибо

  • I learned this piece when I was 11 years old, it was my first vivaldi piece. Almost a decade later and I still have it memorized :)

  • @oliviainyourpants wtf you must be sick on violin :D

  • Man I hate it when they play this slow, it's just irritating. I like this tempo.

  • definition of this music: Heartbeats of passion, desire, of knowing, wanting, feeling, temptation - that´s all in his music.... sometimes - when listening to it, your heart breaks, yearns, but it wakes up with the feeling - this kind of music meens eternity!

  • What is it about this that you like? Does it sound particularly Italian? Why? Would you recommend this to a friend?

  • i love this so much omg!!! ( I can play this song!!!)

  • @maplestoryrox48 Definition of a song: piece that is sung. As someone who can play this you should know that.

  • As much as I used to love this piece, I can't take it seriously any more since Seoul Metro Lines 5-8 now use this piece before inside-carriage announcements to indicate that you can change to another line at next stop. Sigh.

  • Tony! You dah man!

  • Bravo Vivaldi hace SOÑAR y volar de paso

  • Comment removed

  • TODOtodos escriben en ingles pero ninguno epañol bueno esto es gran pieza brutal vivaldi

  • Antonio Vivaldi is my favorite Baroque composer...sorry Bach!

  • @Azlaier You don't have to feel sorry about him. He admired Vivaldi too.

  • they are both amazing :)

  • Why doesn't it sound like this when I play this song on my Violin?

  • @jmm337 This just might be baroque tuning but more probably... Its not

  • @jmm337 I don't think they're using A440. Back then they used A415

  • @jmm337

It's a piece, songs have words dipshit.

  • @jmm337 keep practice:)be patient.

  • @jmm337 If you mean the pitch, this version is tuned in a = 415Hz, not in modern a = 440Hz.. So tune your violin properly before you play it. But if you mean tempo, dynamics etc... well, keep practising! Good luck!
