To go one step further, who is to say that one of these alternate realities doesn't interfere with ours on a rudimentary level and somehow use it's physics to connect conciseness in our reality to each other. In other words, why can't telepathic bonds exist. We used to think the world was flat... It's not. Science can be unproven and reinstated as "fact" at any time, because the world is not black and white, to think so is literally ignorant, AKA a lack of knowledge.
All of these are good explanations, but you missed one. The lack of omniscience in humans. We used to think that many things were impossible, but science is ever growing. Just because it is unexplained doesn't mean that it can't exist. Maybe closed-mindedness is the wrong way to go about thing sometimes? I used to think that antimatter alternate realities couldn't exist, but now, scientists consider it plausible all around the globe!
I mean, sure, it could be a shadow, or a car light, I wont deny that. I will go as far to admit that all pictures of ghosts we currently have could be fake, as ignorant as that is. But like I said, tech is the only way we see ghosts properly. As tech evolves, this argument will evolve, and ghosts will become absurd to deny, not to mention that your precious science is what showed you the damn ghost!
This is all just in my mind, eh? Well, explain why if I take a picture of a ghost I created in my mind, and show you it, you'll see it? Does that make you crazy too? If so, why should I listen to you? You're crazy! Everyones crazy then! And it inverts on itself and makes itself invalid. So, we move on to a hoax, or some natural phenomenon. It eventually becomes absurd to say it's a hoax. "Every single ghost ever is fake" That sounds absurd to you, don't it. And if science can't explain it...
Fact of the matter is, that as we progress, your scientific side will backfire on you, because if a religious man says he saw a ghost, thats easy to dispute. If science directly confirms ghosts, your main argument just went against you. It's basically the same as if we discovered God actually DID exist, and we obtained that knowledge through science. I hope more and more paranormal investigators get out there, with better and better tech, and finally manage to make disbelievers shut the fuck up.
There is a point where disbelief is acceptable, like how God could just be a human making, or he could be real, and it's very acceptable to debate that, and when something just becomes absurd to deny.
The Paranormal is something we don't properly understand, like realms or different layers of existence, except, we don't need to be philosophers to see that ghosts are a very real thing. We just don't understand them, and this guy uses our limited understanding and try to make it universal truth.
Bullshit. This "Fighting Atheist" is so simple minded. So, If I believe in science and the big bang and everything, I can't believe in ghosts? It's just simply "Invalid" because this guy says so? Okay, so, now aliens don't exist. Oh wait, now every single thing that happens that humans can't explain is just Invalid. Nope, didn't happen. That face in the window was photoshopped, you don't live after death because I say so, I have all the authority.
My mom said she saw Jesus when she was young; she was also a victim of years of physical abuse and neglect, where her mother would starve her for weeks. I think this would fall under the hallucination category.
How could some of the scientists permit themselves to make a claim that would necessitate knowledge as extensive as the scheme of the universe, when their knowledge of the total scheme of being is *close* to zero, when confronted with a whole mass of unknowns concerning this very earth and tangible, lifeless matter, let alone the whole universe?
@1tabligh Unknowns are unknowns. Not god. Lol. I don't get your point. There are some things that we don't know. But that's as far as it goes. For someone to say Gawd dun it because we don't know is completely ridiculous and irrational. It's an argument from ignorance and just makes you look retarded.
@KingWithoutaCause Then how can you delude yourself and believe that hydrogen and oxygen, electrons and protons, should first produce themselves, then be the source for all other beings, and finally decree the laws that regulate themselves and the rest of the material world?
@KingWithoutaCause Should the scientist, who is aware of the natural causes and of the factors determining each step of creation towards perfection, of mankind's evolution, of the minute accuracy and exactitude that rules every change in the nature that surrounds us, come to believe that these wondrous laws and amazing interactions have somehow *fortuitously* emerged out of *mindless* matter?
@1tabligh Possibly. You oversimplified it. But it's very possible. That's the amazing thing about science. It's so amazing and complex. There are so many unknowns waiting to be discovered. There is an entire amazing universe out there and we can discover it and figure out how it works. It's not as simple as "god dun it". That's a caveman answer to things that we couldn't understand. We have advanced past the need for that. If we don't know something we say "I don't know."
@KingWithoutaCause Is it at all feasible to regard all the geometry, functioning and movement of the universe as the outcome of matter in its ignorance?
@1tabligh I don't quite understand you're question. What are you trying to ask? All of this is the outcome of the laws of the universe. It's simple. Let me simplify this for you. We have a universe that exists. We don't know how it exists. But that doesn't mean you can make assumptions. That just makes you look ignorant.
@KingWithoutaCause Is it at all possible that the cells of the body should learn their functions, pursue their aim in a precise and orderly fashion, and crystallize so miraculously in the world of being, without there being a conscious and powerful being to instruct them?
Is it not rather the case that phenomena such as these prove and demonstrate, with the utmost emphasis, the need for a plan, a design, a guiding hand inspired by conscious will?
@1tabligh Yes there is. No they don't. Lol. I think the problem here is that you can't seem to comprehend that some things are actually COMPLEX and AMAZING, not just "gawd dun it". Cells are amazing and complicated. You seem to argue that because something is complicated then it's your god. This is god of the gaps. Before the discovery of gravity it could be "argued" that it was god who kept us towards the earth because it was amazing how we walked across a sphere and don't fall.
@KingWithoutaCause What realistic scientist, sincerely given to seeking the truth could claim today that while a kidney transplant is the result of centuries of continuous scientific research and experimentation, the structure of the kidney itself reveals no trace of a creative intelligence and will, being the product of mere nature—nature which has no more knowledge or awareness than a kindergarten pupil?
@1tabligh I see you really don't understand do you. Because there is something complex doesn't mean "GOD DUN IT." Just because you can't comprehend some things, it would be a gigantic leap in logic to assume some god did it. I don't think you understand that very well. This is a logical fallacy. There are many things we don't know. A thousand years ago there were more. We learn things every day. This idea of this god has been changed to fit our knowledge as we grow.
@KingWithoutaCause How can it be supposed that belief in the existence of God is the acceptance of contradiction, whereas belief in the uncaused nature of an effect such as matter is not contradictory?
How could it be believed that matter should itself be the origin of millions of attributes and characteristics and thus be the equivalent of the purposeful, wise and all-knowing Creator?
@1tabligh Why do you continue to bring up the belief in an uncaused nature? Did I not already tell you I don't accept that idea? Lol. What don't you understand? You're trying to pin an idea to me that I don't even believe. I have a question? Since you believe something can't come from nothing. Who created god? You think all complex things must have a creator. Our universe pales in comparison to your god, so who created him? Here comes special pleading and logical fallacies out the butthole.
His Existence is not coming into Being from non-existence.
If in the course of developing the argument of the orderliness of the universe we attempt to prove the existence of a maker similar to the human maker, the divine maker will, in reality, also be a created being on the level of man; proving the existence of such a maker is an entirely different matter from proving the existence of the Maker and Creator of all being.
@KingWithoutaCause The Creator of the universe cannot be preceded by non-existence; otherwise, He would need another god to create Him; and that god, if he is preceded by non-existence, would need another god and so on. Thus, we would have an endless chain of gods without reaching a **causeless cause** to be the source of the existence of the universe.
Then we have to deny the existence of the universe. We would also have to deny ourselves because we are a part of the universe.
But you say to yourself: I cannot do that because I am here. Then you have to say: God is there.
From a scientific point of view, the self-origination of matter is impossible; the theory that the material world is constantly evolving and advancing toward higher states is clearly contradictory to scientific data and the realities of nature. All development and motion in the mineral realm is due either to the intervention of a will external to matter or to attraction, interchange,
"Do they imagine that they've been created without any cause, or do they suppose that they are their own creators?" The Quran (52:36) "Have they created the heavens and the earth ? They have no certain belief in what they say" (52:37) Do they have a Lord other than God? No, it is not so; God is exalted above the partners they ascribe to him." (52:43) "Glorified be He in Whose hand is all sovereignty and Who has power over all things." (67:1)
@1tabligh You are not quoting scriptures. Conversation over. You have begun your special pleading. You argue something can come from nothing. If this is the case you're god came from something. If you argue that you're god came from nothing then why not the universe? Argument fails on many levels.
@King..In just the same way that atheist regards matter as eternal, believers in God attribute eternity to God. Belief in an eternal being is then common to materialist and religious philosophers: both groups agree that there is a primary cause, but believers in God regard the primary cause as wise, all-knowing, and possessing the power of decision and will, whereas in the view of the materialists, the primary cause has neither consciousness, intelligence, perception, nor the power of decision.
Thus, the removal of God in no way solves the problem posed by eternal being.
Moreover, matter is the locus for motion and change, and its motion is dynamic and situated within its own essence. Now, essential motion is incompatible with eternity, and matter and essential stability are two mutually exclusive categories that cannot be fused in a single locus.
Since the chain of causality cannot recede into infinity, they can answer only that matter is an eternal and timeless entity for which no beginning can be posited: matter is non-created, has no beginning or end, and its being arises from within its own nature.
This means that the materialists accept the principle of eternity and non-origination; they believe that all things arose out of eternal matter and that being arises from within the very nature of matter, without any need for a creator.
We can raise precisely the same objection against the atheists and ask them, "If we follow the chain of causality back, we will ultimately reach the primary cause. Let us say that cause is not God, but matter. Tell us who created primary matter. You who believe in the law of causality, answer us Ws: if matter is the ultimate cause of all things, what is the cause of matter?
You say that the source of all phenomena is matter-energy; what is the cause and origin of matter-energy?"
@1tabligh Why do you continue to words in my mouth? Lol. Have I not told you that I have not yet decided on this issue? You continue to assume what I believe and think. Your entire comment doesn't even apply to me.
it's not our eyes that play tricks on us, it's the brain's interpretation of the light streaming in2 the areas of the brain that "decode" the light so we can "see" which is 2 blame. so it's the brain that plays tricks on us, thru no deliberate fault of its own. & then the conscious mind helps the tricks along by telling it self (or more accurately, the person known as suzy telling her self) must be a ghost or demon or some thing it's just seen. but i'd still like 2 think there's some thing more.
i left islam my muslim brothers islam is false like all other religions ,i am now atheist happy and free , (atheism akbar) peace and now i relly mean it, thank you
the reason i typed in "deja vu explanation" on youtube is that i just had an experience.(this comment is not video related) Most people explain deja vu as recognizing an experience AS it happens. I used to get this a lot. For the past year i have had a different experience almost weekly. I start to get the normal out of place feeling of deja vu but instead of while it is happening I see a little bit and then can predict everything that happens afterwards, almost exactly to the word.
@feshelll I have written all of my dreams down in the past week and found that some of my dreams mimic entire conversations the next day. i am a christian man. in the bible god allows humans to predict the future. he even states that people can do things beyond average capabilities."with the faith of a mustard seed one can move mountains". I believe most humans have the gift, some maybe more than others. but the fact of the matter is that there are some things that are unexplainable.
everything you evolved to see is an illusion only to help us survive therefore you admit to being diluted
you also claim your eyes play tricks on you but you don't go into the other four senses which also play tricks now your left not knowing what is reality
So if you havent talked to a girl or thought about her in 4 years and never met her freinds or family then you have a dream 1 night where she is giving you a bj but its all bloody and shit then you call her a fe days later and it turns out her mom was having open heart surgery the same time you were having that fucked up disturbing dream that is just coincidence?
@d007ization yeah but i never dreamed about her before or since and dont even think about her unless I see the coincidence thing. Youve never had a really fucked up dream?
@LiberalsUtopian I dream plenty of crap. Mostly it never means anything but when it does I can see where it comes from. 1 more question: have you considered that the preperation for a heart surgery takes long and it might be repeated often with certain patients?
@thatamazinggeek You're taking this out of proportion dude. I said ghosts are real. that's why there is no god. If there was a god, why would the ghosts still roam around. I believe in ghosts and that's it. I saw it with my own eyes. I dont do drugs and i dont drink. so something had to be there. I love the message you give, of atheism, but atheists CAN believe in ghosts because ghosts have nothing to do with god. nothing.
@Flaw55 While ghosts may have 'nothing' to do with a god, they do say something about a human 'soul' or the 'afterlife'. For a perspective you may not have considered, go to scientificamericandotcom/blog/postdotcfm?id=physics-and-the-immortality-of-the-2011-05-23. 'Physics and the Immortality of the Soul' -- Sean M. Carroll
@Flaw55 well actually ghosts mean there is an afterlife and could possibly await judgement of a "god" so yes ghosts are tied to a deity even though there are no ghosts and whatever you saw certainly was not a ghost.
@milzitothegreat mothafucka, i know what i saw, dont fuckin tell me what i saw and what i didn't. Ghosts are real and that's the end. You can take it or leave it. And No there is no GOD!
okay i believe everything you say, but im an atheist and i DO believe in ghosts. 100% I've seen it with my own eyes. Thats one reason i stopped believing in god, because of ghosts.
If it exists then it is natural. Because it exists and happens. IF ghosts truly exist then it is natural. Because it exists, and it is part of reality. IF there is really demons, then it is natural. Because it exists. Anything that has happened/existed are all natural, because they are part of the reality that we live in.
A good example of such delusions is Paul's epiphany of Christ. Why is it that epiphanies happen to people familiar with the cultural milieu where they happen, in this case the messianic & prophetic culture of Palestine? Why did it not happen to a Chinese person or some German chieftain who knew nothing of Christ?
In terms of dreams and waking in the night, I chalk it up to our subconscious minds being much smarter than we are. Some may not exist at all, but I've had unusual "coincidences" happen to me. Rather than thinking it's "magic" though, I think it's more something to do with the high intelligence of the unconscious mind that feeds things we don't know consciously into your sleeping minds.
Can I prove it with science? Not yet.
Is it a better explanation than magic? Fuck yes it is.
@pkemrin lol well i will continue doing the work of GOD as he speaks and tell me move and minister to the poor the homosexual to the drug dealer to the insecure person to them that struggle with fear. and as he lead me to pray i will continue to pray for those who is lost and watch as the lord manifest his power on earth through deliverance services through healing..as he minister through the prophetic and dreams and open eye vision and watch as demons are cast out.
@wvjszs Suit yourself. Just keep in mind that you may just be obeying the voices in your head. At very least it looks to people who aren't in your cult like you're just listening to the instructions of your imaginary friend.
GOD is real and even in his still small voice when he says i still love you even in our mistakes. one thing about life the truth will outlive a lie. i dont believe because i was looking for something he came and found me i was the lost one not him.. look honestly GOD can prove himself Put your theology down for a sec and tell GOD from your heart you dont believe he exist tell HIM how you feel.
yes its hard to believe but you try convince those of whose experienced his love, power and being in his presence or the mother who had no food but prayed and believers shwed up to the door with food who she never met in life before and they say GOD led them to her house or the gunned that jammed every time it was pointed to a friend of mines head but fired every other time lol you wanna argue GOD argue with yourself IM a keep trusting and believing in HIM who shows himself faithful. OH JESUS :)
@pkemrin combination of coincidence, fraud, and brainwashing. Enjoy your delusions. ^_^ lol the so called delusions are not for me but are for the many peoples whose lives has been changed by me obeying the voice of GOD. call it what you want to call it but as long as GOD unctions me to move i will move and continue to see the power of GOD manifested or (delusion whatever you want to call it) in others lives these delusions dont really benefit me much so why do i keep having
@wvjszs keep telling yourself that and try and find comfort in it its gunna be disappointing for when you die oooooooooh wait whoops nothing happens when you die and only if when i die and god or whatever is right in front of me and says im god i created you will i convert
@ReconCrusader SAD! a man was crippled in the hospital whole body was paralyzed head to toe people tried telling him about GOD he cursed GOD and said he doesnt want nothing to do with GOD and all he cares about is swapping the fly in in front of him well that very mooment he was able to swap the fly, then died instantaneously.. be careful what you speak life and death is in your tongue.what you do or believe is on you, but dont try to convince me my beliefs are wrong everyday he proves himself
@wvjszs where the fuck did you get that where? it's sounds like you made that up on the spot ! also if he wasnt completely paralyzed he COULDNT swat* (not swap) a fly
@ReconCrusader wow am i really that childish..listen i could go on and on with the experiences friends who faced life and death situations..the impossible happening im a grown man with a family i dont get nothing out of making up stories like i said its on you when you wrote your last comment that dropped in my spirit..its on you im not trying to convince you like i said go to him for yourself, but dont try and convince those of us who live for christ its not real.
@wvjszs i will stop informing others of my beliefs ( which i rarely do EVER) if the majority of christians mainly in america will stop shoving their beliefs down our throats as they have for hundreds of beliefs :P
@wvjszs I am christian but i am not brainwashed. All atheists assume that all christians are brainwashed. NO! i choose to believe in god. My parents lived in Romania during revolution an they prayed everyday and they were the one of the very few to survive in their neighborhood. Most of the ppl in the neighborhood were atheist.I am not lieing... This is why i believe but i dont take religion to extremes and i am not a victim of fraud, coincidence, and brainwashing. Just respect ppls beliefs.

When we don't understand, we blame the supernatural, we now know how it rains, about retardation, what causes the tides etc etc, the only arguement religous people have left is how the universe was created. Give us a few more years and FINALLY we'll get rid of stupid religions.
@ubertubered im with you on that they always do blame the supernatural like if someone prophesies over someone and tell them things they been through or even what they're doing now they say its GOD or even praying over someone in the name of JESUS with the evidence of healing its mockery and this speaking in an unknown language that you've never spoken before and someone of the same ethnicity interperts that your praising GOD in thier language or even bringing a warning its blasphemy
There is not a scientific truth and a spiritual truth. They are the same. Our knowledge of what that truth is does not matter. It is just as logically unhealthy to deny the possibility that things are not mere coincidence. We do not understand nearly enough to make conclusive statements on so called "Supernatural" events. All events are natural, even ones that don't make sense to us. There are plenty of phenomena in science, but placing anything in the realm of "supernatural" gets it denied.

for those who do not feel like being called a 'dumbshit' today, let me paraphrase...
We only know a LITTLE TINT ITSY BITSY BIT about this planet. some things look like ghosts or 'supernatural' things. once we can explain it, it becomes 'natural'. see, it was always 'natural', just 'unexplained natural'. get it? i hope i helped a little.
oh so you tell me ..... i write down my dreams in a NOTEBOOK ..... and now you explain with another retarded book of someone who claims that he knows our brains .... how can something happens 6 months after i wrote it down in my notebook ....im not claiming that everything i write down happens in near future .... but some of it does .... its writen down , its no " eyes are playing tricks on you " bullshit :D yeah there are many hoaxes but get your head out of your ass and look around
@SlovenianJunkie:"how can something happens 6 months after i wrote it down in my notebook ....im not claiming that everything i write down happens in near future .... but some of it does"
Nothing mystical about that......Moving on now....
99.9% of an atom is empty space. All the encounters with reality and even yourself is almost completely nothingness. Quantum physics also presents a grayness to existence. For example, one thing being in two places as once. Light has a duality between a particle and a wave. Out of all the electromagnetic waves in the universe are eyes can only detect one billionth of the spectrum in the form of light. Gravity is powered by an unknown source as is magnetism, this all seems supernatural to me.
@Masaries1234 It isn't supernatural. Disease was supernatural until we learned about sanitation, germs, bacteria, ect. Just because we aren't advanced enough to explain it does not mean it inherently goes against the laws of nature. Hope that helps.
@Rshimy Remember we haven't discovered what our consciousness is yet, we understand that our bodies are made up of energy and that matter is mostly empty space. Anyone who starts studying biology, by the time you realize how complex the human body is and the way our cells integrate nutrients, disperse waste, replicate and perform DNA error correction quickly and efficiently and with the same process in so many life forms, you must say to yourself "Wow life is such an amazing work of art."
@Masaries1234 I do study biology, and i do think it is a work of art, especially with all the shit we put our bodies through today. But that does not mean it is anything other than natural. Many biologists believe that human "consciousness" is nothing but a big brain and electrons. When your brain dies, your "spark" dies out and you seize to exist.
atheism? so your anti theism? ok, so am i. but to say there is no intelligent force moving passive matter is not atheism. that is called MATERIALISM. you cannot believe in anything outside of the plane of matter and the finite physical 5 senses. so that being said, modern physical science has already proved that the physical universe is nothing more than an illusion, (not reality) they finally termed it DARK MATTER, an imponderable force manifesting passive matter.
ive had some "supernatural" experinces quite alot actually now i personally think there were explanations for most of them but not alot like when i was 17 i lived in a apartment in orange county with my dad i got home from school early looking around the house dad wasnt home all of a sudden i heard a deep voice saying get out of my house the first time i heard i dismissed it because i thought well maybe someone is fucking with me i hear 3 more times i run out and stand infront of the house for a
@2keeko few hours no one comes out or goes in i wait until my dad gets off work and nothing was in the house and if there was someone there was no way he could of got out without me seeing him now i must ask how can i explain this one? this was in the 80s so i didnt have virtually anything that could link the voice with anything me or my dad had so i must ask what was this? where we lived in the complex no one was around us so it couldnt of been a neighbor i still wonder
@2keeko im a very skeptical person im the type of person that has to be face to face with something in order to believe its real so recently i had gone to a known place in my town that is "haunted" and after my experince there when it comes to the supernatural i dont know i just dont know god i know dosent exist but the "supernatural" thats something different if anything its more real than any god has been and after rdawkins was stumped by a creationist i tend to not take him as seriously
I'm not Christian, but this man is wrong. The Supernatural is very well. Atheism means "without a god," not "without" the supernatural or other forms of magic, chakras, reincarnation, etc. There are some pagan athiests.
@WindIove i wouldn't say you where a pagan atheist. seeing as pagans be leave in many gods i would say you are atheist=godless, and that you be-leave in magic and or supernatural events or beings.magic and or supernatural beliefs do not have to be religious.pagan and atheist contradict each other.i am a christian who be leaves in one god,i also study witchcraft and practice.i know its a sin in the bible.but the bible isn't the way it was spose to be written.i do also believe in supernatural
@BLOODYMOON62 A pagan athiest would basically be one who does not believe in a god, but practices metaphysics and the supernatural. Atheist comes from a-theos, which means 'no god.' Some religions don't have gods at all. There are Christian Wiccans, Pagan Athiests, Shaman Agnostics, etc.
When I was 8 (+/-) I saw what appears to be a "ghost" near my great grandma (she died few years later), it happened in the middle of the night when I slept in my grandma's house (they both lived in the same house), I was scared and went back to sleep. Now that I think about it, and with what I know, I just dreamed and slept with my open eyes. Sleeping with open eyes and dreaming makes your dream look more realistic than it is, it's like "I'm awake now, it must be happening".
Closed minded skeptics and closed minded religious nuts are so annoying. Both ends of the spectrum are the Debbie Downers of the world. Just live life instead of trying to explain our world around us. Both sides should prove or dis prove the existence of God. Both sides can't. Both sides should stop trying to impose their beliefs on each other. Just let Life be our teacher instead of a "God" or lack there of.
Everyone wants to believe that all there is is nature and thats it. We all close our minds on things where there is lack of evidence or low probability. But we can't no for certain. In my opinion , earth only being a speck in a endless universe. Gods existence, the supernatural, the 3rd sense ? It's elogical to me to just abandon the ideas just because of probability.
just take a step back, I have witnessed first hand a man laughing next to me, very clearly, no one there, someone else heard it at the exact same time NO, I dont have true believer syndrome, I am a true skeptic, parapsychology student, science minded atheist, where pareidolia is my favourite word, I cant explain it, there is something...its a small chink of light in the dark world of my skeptism...
INSTEAD OF GETTING ALL DRESSED UP AND HEADING LONELY AND DEPRESSED TO A GODLESS ALCOHOL INFESTED DRINKING PARTY HELLHOLE FULL OF STRANGERS OR OTHER MISERABLE SHALLOW FOLKS WHERE YOU ONLY GET A HANGOVER OR SOME TIME IN JAIL OR WORSE THIS NEW YEARS EVE,
WHY DON'T YOU INSTEAD GO TO A HOLINESS CHURCH OF THE REDEEMED WHERE NO ONE KNOWS ABOUT YOU EXCEPT GOD, AND WHEN THE PREACHER GIVES THE ALTER CALL FOR PRAYER OR BAPTISM IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST, GO BOLDLY TO THE ALTER AND RECEIVE JESUS!!!
this vid mentiond explaining "how our brains our wired"
ive been thinking is deja vu more so to do with crossed wires? for example deja vu to me , when i see the image in real life, it seems like its happend before. but could it be just crossed wires that the image im seeing is somehow scrambled between my short term and long term memory making it seem like its already happend to me??
This is where faith comes into play. I was an atheist until some supernatural occurences. I did not have the tremendous faith or the passion to believe that they were coincidences. I am sorry.
There is no such thing as "The Supernatural." There is only nature, and your limited understanding of it.
If you encounter a phenomenon you don't have a ready explanation for, there's no need to inject magical thinking into your rationale. Magical thinking is what children do. You're not a child are you? Well, if you answered "No" and magical thinking is still how you like to explain how the universe works, then you need to grow up and stop being such a child.
@FuckYouLetMeLogIn how about taking the time to explain to those who don't understand instead of condemning them? to err is human, to forgive is -- Oh, that's right...
Anywho, for those who do not feel like being called a 'dumbshit' today, let me paraphrase...
We only know a LITTLE TINT ITSY BITSY BIT about this planet. some things look like ghosts or 'supernatural' things. once we can explain it, it becomes 'natural'. see, it was always 'natural', just 'unexplained natural'. get it?
@FuckYouLetMeLogIn What is magic, isn't Disney World or fiber optics or long-distance communication, what is magical to me is the supernatural. Not defined as something we can't explain with the standard established by science and rational thought and historical data but the wonder of it all. Why take what was called supernatural, like atomic structure and once understood just throw it into a textbook as if that's the extent of it's worth. What is natural? What should natural be?
@FuckYouLetMeLogIn Try to explain this then , In Sudi Arabia or a country that has NEVER HERD ABOUTJESUS ! , some one who had no knowledge of Christianity , or even know Jesus as a Masha , or not even know that name at all ! would physically see Jesus and then they would Convert to Christianity ! Try explaining that !
@IntoTheMystical Go to them and ask them , Those people are proof of it also , the "Supernatural" he talks about is very basic ! , He or any of you would not be able to prove how limbs Grow out ! , also there is a guy John Paul Jackson who could take you up into Heaven ! try explaining thous miracles .
@HungarianForGOD Ok well first of all you're fucking retarded for thinking christianity does not exist in saudi arabia. It is exactly like how in america there are a vast majority of christians but we do have a population of muslims and people of middle eastern descent. Even if there werent SOME christians, you do realize that jesus is a prophet in islam right? The prophet muhammad is the most known because in their religion he is last prophet that will ever come.
@Itachi2336 First of all i know that Jesus is a prophet in Islam , but don't you think the reason they would have Christians because of the reason that Christ came to them ? , of cores you don't , but they claim they do , also I am retarded ? , I am not the one who believes that nothing exploded and created everything , also there is no evidence or recorded of macro Evolution ! , and in many Christians conclusions 99.9% Atheist are Retarded !
@HungarianForGOD christ did not come to them. he was talked about and spread by word of mouth, thats how religions spread. I dont take the stance that nothing exploded into everything because that is not what the theory of the big bang states, and i will admit the big bang theory is flawed, and that we have a long way to go before we have a deep understanding of the universe. but i refuse to turn to a 2000 year old book that stops scientific discovery instead of promoting it.
@Itachi2336 Just ask those people , any way they say that Jesus appeared to them , and told them to go to the Quran and find every thing about Yesua or Jesus , and led the Ex Muslims to Christians in Jerusalem to help them out , and if your Atheist because of Science then go check out shock of God , NephilimFree if you did not herd of them , also check out Kent Hovinds Seminars .
How many times does syncrinosity and other oddities need to be experienced before they can be ruled out as a coincidence. For example, knowing who's on or about to phone you, answering questions before they are asked, mind over matter in so called miraculous healings, unexplainable knowledge in reincarnation cases, out of body experiences, induced or otherwise. I think we should be careful not to throw the baby out with the bathwater. :)
im with you on that they always do blame the supernatural like if someone prophesies over someone and tell them things they been through or even what they're doing now they say its GOD or even praying over someone in the name of JESUS with the evidence of healing its mockery and this speaking in an unknown language that you've never spoken before and someone of the same ethnicity interperts that your praising GOD in thier language or even bringing a warning its blasphemy

@XFuncCaRteR Ignoring the statement that science is a religion, the fact that science (or, a better understanding of our natural world through empirical proof and testing) has pushed out other belief systems in the past. The concept of "god of the gaps" is just as applicable today as it was in the stone age. Just because we don't understand something right now, does not mean a supernatural being or event should take the place of logic and reason.
@gloriousgod Check scientific journals. Actually play with an Ojibwa board blind folded and get someone else to record the letters that you stop on. Its been proven over and over again were the one moving the board.
I was actually experienced a stituation where me girlfriend's dog died and the very next day i was talking to her on the phone and i could hear her gog barking. It was clear as day it wasnt staticy or muffled. and it wasnt another dog cus she doesnt have another dog. i think that alot of the so called supernatural event that has happened are fake and have a logical explenation but me and alot other people have seen thing u just cant explain. unless u experience it u cant say its all fake
@DarkTwin567 What's more likely; that it was a different dog or that her dog rose from the dead? And I hope that your girlfriend would tell you if her dog mysteriously resurrected and started barking while she was on the phone.
THere is nothing supernatural because the word natural engulfs infinity. The split between natural/supernatural physics/metaphysics is A FAKE.The only thing that is meticulously hidden is that the only barrier is between logic and thing beyond logic.Meta-logic is NOT something irrational. It is something beyond logic.Logic is not an attribute of nature. It is an attribute of human and earthly life intelligence.WHAT'S SO DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND ABOUT THIS?Are you people as stupid as the bible sheep?
It is written that the Earth is Satan's domain. He is the dragon that deceiveth the whole Earth. If you were to see with the eyes given you, then you would recognize that the rulers of the dominant civilizations throughout all recorded history have always been "Supernaturalists".
It is perhaps, only two dominant nations that were ordained by God from their foundations... but even they, were eventually infiltrated by the armies of darkness. If diligently searched, it can be seen that all of
history has been a struggle between two sides, each deriving their power from the supernatural. The "materialist" is the obliviously blinded whom thinks himself the visionary & the most knowledgeable. But is in fact, the one meandering about between the front lines, in the midst of the crossfire... prior to being unwittingly recruited by the armies of darkness to be used as a mere pawn. The materialists are most often a swarming pestilence... simply Orks in the service of the White Wizard
Sorry, but deja vu is completely within the realm of the natural. You state it like you know everything about deja vu. I can explain how deja vu happens but it a involves a natural that everyone still thinks is impossible. Nobody is going to believe what I have to say about deja vu so I will gladly take it to my grave. Maybe in another hundred and fifty years, you might be ready for this, but right now, you'd think I was quack.
I doubt the supernatural mostly because of the way it's been presented to me. On the ghost shows, they hold up a voltmeter in front of dozens of high-powered cameras and watch the needle move. Whoah! A ghost! Obviously ghosts are emitting electricity. And obviously they have physical matter to deflect light, which is why they trip the motion sensors.
@sobeita A ghost, as I had said before, could be something (organic or inorganic) caught in-between this realm and some other (thus giving it the translucent appearance) and animals have electrical signals course through our bodies every second (allowing us to move, think, etc.). I agree with you though. Shows like Ghost Hunters International (Hitler's ghost!! Seriously!?!) are just ridiculous in the way they portray the paranormal.
@dasistkrieg What you're saying is that when a person dies, their entire body is left behind, but that their consciousness leaves, and has additional electrons to make a field to be detected by those instruments? I'm not convinced.
Organic and inorganic refer to either "manmade or natural" or "containing carbon or not containing carbon".
The semitransparency of a ghost would imply that it has some mass to deflect light.
@sobeita I'm saying that there may be another person (completely different entity) that is similar in physical appearance and behavior that is affected when the other dies. Since they are unaware of the fact that they are a different person, they believe themselves to be the person who died and since they are not limited to one specific realm of reality, and being in-between realms of reality would mean only a certain percent of their physical body would be in each realm.
What if there is another dimension that repeats our actions, like a shadow/carbon-copy dimension, and that we live in-between this dimension (the physical) and the shadow dimension (the ethereal). Then a "phantom" or "ghost" could be explained as a completely separate entity that has a physical appearance and/or personality nearly the same as its physical counterpart, and the reason it appears as a vapor is because it is not entirely in the physical dimension.
@dasistkrieg You really need to learn what a dimension is. There's no "physical dimension" or "shadow dimension". There are three dimensions of space and one of time - and higher dimensions required for string theory and brane theories. None of them contain ghosts.
@sobeita Dictionary definition of dimension: "a level of consciousness, existence, or reality". I already know this. What I meant by "dimension", was a realm of existence. And how are you for sure that there is not a parallel universe that is a near-perfect copy of ours? That is what I meant, and it was just something that popped into my head at one point. It is just a thought.
@dasistkrieg What reason do you have to believe that there are parallel universes if there isn't any interaction between them? There's a finite amount of mass and energy in the universe. Interaction would violate the conservation of mass and energy. Until you have evidence that conservation has been violated, you don't have much reason to believe that there are other universes producing ghosts.
Fact: there is no scientific evidence of the supernatural. Otherwise it wouldn't be supernatural.
@sobeita There is a possibility of an actual interaction between different universes. A 'worm hole' is a rip in the very fabric of space and time that leads to somewhere else. Where exactly, we don't know. The worm hole was a concept that Albert Einstein came up with to explain how information was destroyed in a black hole. He offered that the information was not destroyed, but was transported to somewhere else. On the other end of a black hole would be a 'white hole', that spewed out matter.
@sobeita Also, the supernatural is mainly dominated by complete morons who still think that 'ghosts' and 'the paranormal' are related to demons, angels, and deities. There is the small minority of the scientific community who are actually trying to figure out what these things are and how to explain them; rationalizing the irrational.
Fact: there are things in this world we can not completely explain, at least for the moment that is.
@dasistkrieg The shortcomings of science are one thing, but the misinterpretation of science are another. I know people who believe in astrology and claim that the position of the planets at the time of their birth, by either gravity or electric force, influence their daily luck. Can you even prove that luck exists? I know I can't. My point is that belief should come after proof, not before. I'm sure you would agree in other contexts.
@sobeita Not a belief, just a theory. Later on in life I actually plan on studying phenomena like this sort of thing. And also luck is just random chance that just happens to turn out in your favor. I do agree with you, in that one can't really believe in something without having some evidence based in fact.
To go one step further, who is to say that one of these alternate realities doesn't interfere with ours on a rudimentary level and somehow use it's physics to connect conciseness in our reality to each other. In other words, why can't telepathic bonds exist. We used to think the world was flat... It's not. Science can be unproven and reinstated as "fact" at any time, because the world is not black and white, to think so is literally ignorant, AKA a lack of knowledge.
xXShade725Xx 2 weeks ago
All of these are good explanations, but you missed one. The lack of omniscience in humans. We used to think that many things were impossible, but science is ever growing. Just because it is unexplained doesn't mean that it can't exist. Maybe closed-mindedness is the wrong way to go about thing sometimes? I used to think that antimatter alternate realities couldn't exist, but now, scientists consider it plausible all around the globe!
xXShade725Xx 2 weeks ago
I mean, sure, it could be a shadow, or a car light, I wont deny that. I will go as far to admit that all pictures of ghosts we currently have could be fake, as ignorant as that is. But like I said, tech is the only way we see ghosts properly. As tech evolves, this argument will evolve, and ghosts will become absurd to deny, not to mention that your precious science is what showed you the damn ghost!
Deathstarcommand 3 weeks ago
This is all just in my mind, eh? Well, explain why if I take a picture of a ghost I created in my mind, and show you it, you'll see it? Does that make you crazy too? If so, why should I listen to you? You're crazy! Everyones crazy then! And it inverts on itself and makes itself invalid. So, we move on to a hoax, or some natural phenomenon. It eventually becomes absurd to say it's a hoax. "Every single ghost ever is fake" That sounds absurd to you, don't it. And if science can't explain it...
Deathstarcommand 3 weeks ago
Fact of the matter is, that as we progress, your scientific side will backfire on you, because if a religious man says he saw a ghost, thats easy to dispute. If science directly confirms ghosts, your main argument just went against you. It's basically the same as if we discovered God actually DID exist, and we obtained that knowledge through science. I hope more and more paranormal investigators get out there, with better and better tech, and finally manage to make disbelievers shut the fuck up.
Deathstarcommand 3 weeks ago
There is a point where disbelief is acceptable, like how God could just be a human making, or he could be real, and it's very acceptable to debate that, and when something just becomes absurd to deny.
The Paranormal is something we don't properly understand, like realms or different layers of existence, except, we don't need to be philosophers to see that ghosts are a very real thing. We just don't understand them, and this guy uses our limited understanding and try to make it universal truth.
Deathstarcommand 3 weeks ago
No, wait, he's a Youtube troll. HE'S invalid.

the word explainable is weak foolish the proper phrase is "to be investigated" i bet that back in medieval time a conversation along the lines of
guard 1: hey how do you think the sun rises every day?
guard 2: it's explainable the devil must have possessed you to question god!
(he was then executed)
i may be paraphrasing but the point stands
explainable is weak and foolish putting god did it in it's place is weaker and more foolish, religion... it blocks knowledge

The atheist Delusion!
1tabligh 4 months ago in playlist Atheist Slide Shows
@1tabligh Unknowns are unknowns. Not god. Lol. I don't get your point. There are some things that we don't know. But that's as far as it goes. For someone to say Gawd dun it because we don't know is completely ridiculous and irrational. It's an argument from ignorance and just makes you look retarded.
KingWithoutaCause 3 months ago
@KingWithoutaCause Then how can you delude yourself and believe that hydrogen and oxygen, electrons and protons, should first produce themselves, then be the source for all other beings, and finally decree the laws that regulate themselves and the rest of the material world?
Answer the question!

1tabligh 3 months ago
@1tabligh Possibly. You oversimplified it. But it's very possible. That's the amazing thing about science. It's so amazing and complex. There are so many unknowns waiting to be discovered. There is an entire amazing universe out there and we can discover it and figure out how it works. It's not as simple as "god dun it". That's a caveman answer to things that we couldn't understand. We have advanced past the need for that. If we don't know something we say "I don't know."
KingWithoutaCause 3 months ago
@KingWithoutaCause Is it at all feasible to regard all the geometry, functioning and movement of the universe as the outcome of matter in its ignorance?
1tabligh 3 months ago
@1tabligh I don't quite understand you're question. What are you trying to ask? All of this is the outcome of the laws of the universe. It's simple. Let me simplify this for you. We have a universe that exists. We don't know how it exists. But that doesn't mean you can make assumptions. That just makes you look ignorant.
KingWithoutaCause 3 months ago
@KingWithoutaCause Is it at all possible that the cells of the body should learn their functions, pursue their aim in a precise and orderly fashion, and crystallize so miraculously in the world of being, without there being a conscious and powerful being to instruct them?
Is it not rather the case that phenomena such as these prove and demonstrate, with the utmost emphasis, the need for a plan, a design, a guiding hand inspired by conscious will?
1tabligh 3 months ago
@1tabligh Yes there is. No they don't. Lol. I think the problem here is that you can't seem to comprehend that some things are actually COMPLEX and AMAZING, not just "gawd dun it". Cells are amazing and complicated. You seem to argue that because something is complicated then it's your god. This is god of the gaps. Before the discovery of gravity it could be "argued" that it was god who kept us towards the earth because it was amazing how we walked across a sphere and don't fall.
KingWithoutaCause 3 months ago
@KingWithoutaCause What realistic scientist, sincerely given to seeking the truth could claim today that while a kidney transplant is the result of centuries of continuous scientific research and experimentation, the structure of the kidney itself reveals no trace of a creative intelligence and will, being the product of mere nature—nature which has no more knowledge or awareness than a kindergarten pupil?
1tabligh 3 months ago
@1tabligh I see you really don't understand do you. Because there is something complex doesn't mean "GOD DUN IT." Just because you can't comprehend some things, it would be a gigantic leap in logic to assume some god did it. I don't think you understand that very well. This is a logical fallacy. There are many things we don't know. A thousand years ago there were more. We learn things every day. This idea of this god has been changed to fit our knowledge as we grow.
KingWithoutaCause 3 months ago
@KingWithoutaCause How can it be supposed that belief in the existence of God is the acceptance of contradiction, whereas belief in the uncaused nature of an effect such as matter is not contradictory?
How could it be believed that matter should itself be the origin of millions of attributes and characteristics and thus be the equivalent of the purposeful, wise and all-knowing Creator?
1tabligh 3 months ago
@1tabligh Why do you continue to bring up the belief in an uncaused nature? Did I not already tell you I don't accept that idea? Lol. What don't you understand? You're trying to pin an idea to me that I don't even believe. I have a question? Since you believe something can't come from nothing. Who created god? You think all complex things must have a creator. Our universe pales in comparison to your god, so who created him? Here comes special pleading and logical fallacies out the butthole.
KingWithoutaCause 3 months ago
@KingWithoutaCause Who created god?
__
His Existence is not coming into Being from non-existence.
If in the course of developing the argument of the orderliness of the universe we attempt to prove the existence of a maker similar to the human maker, the divine maker will, in reality, also be a created being on the level of man; proving the existence of such a maker is an entirely different matter from proving the existence of the Maker and Creator of all being.
1tabligh 3 months ago
@1tabligh Special pleading. Conversation over.
KingWithoutaCause 3 months ago
@KingWithoutaCause The Creator of the universe cannot be preceded by non-existence; otherwise, He would need another god to create Him; and that god, if he is preceded by non-existence, would need another god and so on. Thus, we would have an endless chain of gods without reaching a **causeless cause** to be the source of the existence of the universe.
Then we have to deny the existence of the universe. We would also have to deny ourselves because we are a part of the universe.
1tabligh 3 months ago
But you say to yourself: I cannot do that because I am here. Then you have to say: God is there.
From a scientific point of view, the self-origination of matter is impossible; the theory that the material world is constantly evolving and advancing toward higher states is clearly contradictory to scientific data and the realities of nature. All development and motion in the mineral realm is due either to the intervention of a will external to matter or to attraction, interchange,
1tabligh 3 months ago
and compounding with other bodies.
1tabligh 3 months ago
@1tabligh You are not quoting scriptures. Conversation over. You have begun your special pleading. You argue something can come from nothing. If this is the case you're god came from something. If you argue that you're god came from nothing then why not the universe? Argument fails on many levels.
KingWithoutaCause 3 months ago
@King..In just the same way that atheist regards matter as eternal, believers in God attribute eternity to God. Belief in an eternal being is then common to materialist and religious philosophers: both groups agree that there is a primary cause, but believers in God regard the primary cause as wise, all-knowing, and possessing the power of decision and will, whereas in the view of the materialists, the primary cause has neither consciousness, intelligence, perception, nor the power of decision.
1tabligh 3 months ago
Thus, the removal of God in no way solves the problem posed by eternal being.
Moreover, matter is the locus for motion and change, and its motion is dynamic and situated within its own essence. Now, essential motion is incompatible with eternity, and matter and essential stability are two mutually exclusive categories that cannot be fused in a single locus.
1tabligh 3 months ago
Since the chain of causality cannot recede into infinity, they can answer only that matter is an eternal and timeless entity for which no beginning can be posited: matter is non-created, has no beginning or end, and its being arises from within its own nature.
This means that the materialists accept the principle of eternity and non-origination; they believe that all things arose out of eternal matter and that being arises from within the very nature of matter, without any need for a creator.
1tabligh 3 months ago
We can raise precisely the same objection against the atheists and ask them, "If we follow the chain of causality back, we will ultimately reach the primary cause. Let us say that cause is not God, but matter. Tell us who created primary matter. You who believe in the law of causality, answer us Ws: if matter is the ultimate cause of all things, what is the cause of matter?
You say that the source of all phenomena is matter-energy; what is the cause and origin of matter-energy?"

it's not our eyes that play tricks on us, it's the brain's interpretation of the light streaming in2 the areas of the brain that "decode" the light so we can "see" which is 2 blame. so it's the brain that plays tricks on us, thru no deliberate fault of its own. & then the conscious mind helps the tricks along by telling it self (or more accurately, the person known as suzy telling her self) must be a ghost or demon or some thing it's just seen. but i'd still like 2 think there's some thing more.

the reason i typed in "deja vu explanation" on youtube is that i just had an experience.(this comment is not video related) Most people explain deja vu as recognizing an experience AS it happens.

@pkemrin How could some of the scientists permit themselves to make a claim that would necessitate knowledge as extensive as the scheme of the universe, when their knowledge of the total scheme of being is *close* to zero, when confronted with a whole mass of unknowns concerning this very earth and tangible, lifeless matter, let alone the whole universe?

Then how can the atheists and some of the scientists delude themselve and *believe* that hydrogen and oxygen, electrons and protons, should first produce themselves, then be the source for all other beings, and finally decree the laws that regulate themselves and the rest of the material world?

When we don't understand, we blame the supernatural, we now know how it rains, about retardation, what causes the tides etc etc, the only arguement religous people have left is how the universe was created. Give us a few more years and FINALLY we'll get rid of stupid religions.

Masaries1234 9 months ago
@Masaries1234 It isn't supernatural. Disease was supernatural until we learned about sanitation, germs, bacteria, ect. Just because we aren't advanced enough to explain it does not mean it inherently goes against the laws of nature. Hope that helps.
Rshimy 9 months ago
@Rshimy Remember we haven't discovered what our consciousness is yet, we understand that our bodies are made up of energy and that matter is mostly empty space. Anyone who starts studying biology, by the time you realize how complex the human body is and the way our cells integrate nutrients, disperse waste, replicate and perform DNA error correction quickly and efficiently and with the same process in so many life forms, you must say to yourself "Wow life is such an amazing work of art."
Masaries1234 9 months ago
@Masaries1234 I do study biology, and i do think it is a work of art, especially with all the shit we put our bodies through today. But that does not mean it is anything other than natural. Many biologists believe that human "consciousness" is nothing but a big brain and electrons. When your brain dies, your "spark" dies out and you seize to exist.

Both sides should stop trying to impose their beliefs on each other. Just let Life be our teacher instead of a "God" or lack there of.

For example, knowing who's on or about to phone you, answering questions before they are asked, mind over matter in so called miraculous healings, unexplainable knowledge in reincarnation cases, out of body experiences, induced or otherwise. "The Supernatural is Fake"
This statement qualifies as religiously fanatical.
It belongs to the religion known as "scientism".
It is a statement of belief: belief that all things in this universe can be known through the study of physical phenomenon.
This religion omits the existance of metaphor. Metaphor does not have any place within the realm of science - therefore it cannot exist.
Therefore, if you think with symbols you cannot be thinking.
So dreams, for example, are not real.
XFuncCaRteR 1 year ago
@XFuncCaRteR Ignoring the statement that science is a religion, the fact that science (or, a better understanding of our natural world through empirical proof and testing) has pushed out other belief systems in the past. The concept of "god of the gaps" is just as applicable today as it was in the stone age. Just because we don't understand something right now, does not mean a supernatural being or event should take the place of logic and reason.

history has been a struggle between two sides, each deriving their power from the supernatural. But is in fact, the one meandering about between the front lines, in the midst of the crossfire... prior to being unwittingly recruited by the armies of darkness to be used as a mere pawn.
FCKEVRY1 1 year ago
I doubt the supernatural mostly because of the way it's been presented to me. On the ghost shows, they hold up a voltmeter in front of dozens of high-powered cameras and watch the needle move. Whoah! A ghost! Obviously ghosts are emitting electricity. And obviously they have physical matter to deflect light, which is why they trip the motion sensors.
sobeita 1 year ago
@sobeita A ghost, as I had said before, could be something (organic or inorganic) caught in-between this realm and some other (thus giving it the translucent appearance) and animals have electrical signals course through our bodies every second (allowing us to move, think, etc.). I agree with you though. Shows like Ghost Hunters International (Hitler's ghost!! Seriously!?!) are just ridiculous in the way they portray the paranormal.
dasistkrieg 1 year ago
@dasistkrieg What you're saying is that when a person dies, their entire body is left behind, but that their consciousness leaves, and has additional electrons to make a field to be detected by those instruments? I'm not convinced.
Organic and inorganic refer to either "manmade or natural" or "containing carbon or not containing carbon".
The semitransparency of a ghost would imply that it has some mass to deflect light.
Also, is there evidence of "realms"?
sobeita 1 year ago
@sobeita I'm saying that there may be another person (completely different entity) that is similar in physical appearance and behavior that is affected when the other dies. Since they are unaware of the fact that they are a different person, they believe themselves to be the person who died and since they are not limited to one specific realm of reality, and being in-between realms of reality would mean only a certain percent of their physical body would be in each realm.
dasistkrieg 1 year ago
What if there is another dimension that repeats our actions, like a shadow/carbon-copy dimension, and that we live in-between this dimension (the physical) and the shadow dimension (the ethereal). Then a "phantom" or "ghost" could be explained as a completely separate entity that has a physical appearance and/or personality nearly the same as its physical counterpart, and the reason it appears as a vapor is because it is not entirely in the physical dimension.
dasistkrieg 1 year ago
@dasistkrieg You really need to learn what a dimension is. There's no "physical dimension" or "shadow dimension". There are three dimensions of space and one of time - and higher dimensions required for string theory and brane theories. None of them contain ghosts.
sobeita 1 year ago
@sobeita Dictionary definition of dimension: "a level of consciousness, existence, or reality". I already know this. What I meant by "dimension", was a realm of existence. And how are you for sure that there is not a parallel universe that is a near-perfect copy of ours? That is what I meant, and it was just something that popped into my head at one point. It is just a thought.
dasistkrieg 1 year ago
@dasistkrieg What reason do you have to believe that there are parallel universes if there isn't any interaction between them? There's a finite amount of mass and energy in the universe. Interaction would violate the conservation of mass and energy. Until you have evidence that conservation has been violated, you don't have much reason to believe that there are other universes producing ghosts.
Fact: there is no scientific evidence of the supernatural. Otherwise it wouldn't be supernatural.
sobeita 1 year ago
@sobeita There is a possibility of an actual interaction between different universes. A 'worm hole' is a rip in the very fabric of space and time that leads to somewhere else. Where exactly, we don't know. The worm hole was a concept that Albert Einstein came up with to explain how information was destroyed in a black hole. He offered that the information was not destroyed, but was transported to somewhere else. On the other end of a black hole would be a 'white hole', that spewed out matter.
dasistkrieg 1 year ago
@sobeita Also, the supernatural is mainly dominated by complete morons who still think that 'ghosts' and 'the paranormal' are related to demons, angels, and deities. There is the small minority of the scientific community who are actually trying to figure out what these things are and how to explain them; rationalizing the irrational.
Fact: there are things in this world we can not completely explain, at least for the moment that is.
dasistkrieg 1 year ago
