Police officers, a chief of police, and family members and friends of mine who are police officers have all said that it would be impossible to be color/ethnicity blind when it comes to this law. The entire law is not what is a problem, it's certain portions of it that make it impossible to ignore ethnicity/racial profiling.

The law has sections that would excuse/allow profiling to occur even more, and that's a fact. We need to enforce the laws we have. And, if we think it's a good idea to ask for IDs for everyone in a car when someone is pulled over for a moving violation, then you have to do it all the time with every ethnic group in order for it not to be profiling.

If anyone of any race from any country wants to be in the United States, then come LEGALLY. LEGAL immigrants have criminal background checks and are screened for contagious diseases (TB, Hepatitis, etc.) and vaccinated, but ILLEGALS are a public health risk. ILLEGALS who carry disease work in the restaurant/food industry and spread disease. TB kills 1.7 million per year.

Many companies abroad work with the U.S. therefore they prefer employees who can effectively communicate with the U.S. As far as China, learning English is not obligatory in all schools.

Police officers, a chief of police, and family members and friends of mine who are police officers have all said that it would be impossible to be color/ethnicity blind when it comes to this law. The entire law is not what is a problem, it's certain portions of it that make it impossible to ignore ethnicity/racial profiling.

The law has sections that would excuse/allow profiling to occur even more, and that's a fact. We need to enforce the laws we have. And, if we think it's a good idea to ask for IDs for everyone in a car when someone is pulled over for a moving violation, then you have to do it all the time with every ethnic group in order for it not to be profiling.

If anyone of any race from any country wants to be in the United States, then come LEGALLY. LEGAL immigrants have criminal background checks and are screened for contagious diseases (TB, Hepatitis, etc.) and vaccinated, but ILLEGALS are a public health risk. ILLEGALS who carry disease work in the restaurant/food industry and spread disease. TB kills 1.7 million per year.

I on the other hand that the decision of businesses and some institutions to add spanish documentation is because they know that they know that the Spanish speaking market is quite large. @johnnyandthepnuemoni I Thought we were talking about Arizona buddy but yeah, English is one of the most important languages in the world, not because people are assimilating or wanting to come to the U.S., but because of the U.S.' great use of outsourcing. Many companies abroad work with the U.S. therefore they prefer employees who can effectively communicate with the U.S. As far as China, learning English is not obligatory in all schools.
