Si además comentamos los Decretos Reales aprobados por Isabel la Católica para la defensa del derecho del "indio", en cuanto a igualdad ante la ley, respeto y el derecho al mismo sueldo que un colono, podemos explicar porqué los indígenas Americanos siguen formando parte de la sangre Latinoamericana, mezclada con la Española.

Most other Native American tribes in Mexico were conquered by the Aztecs, but did not engage in human sacrifice themselves. Much more needless killing, torture, and enslavement, has been perpetrated by Caucasians of European origin and Muslims than what Native Americans have done. What can be learned from Native Americans is how to live in harmony with nature, Spirit, and tribe!

Jost go and take a look at ottoman empire on wikipedia, you might learn something. History tells a story through time,about this or that. It doesn't necessarily mean it has to be one filled with nice people,good deeds saints and such. Lets get this right.... Columbus discovered America, but the English and Spanish were it's first settlers, with Spain settling predominantly in the South and the English in the North. The French went even further North and settled Canada, fighting with the British over rights to the Fur trade along the way. Where do you folks think the Boston Tea Party comes from? The Spanish don't drink tea do they?

I know this aren't colonies nowadays but it's pretty much the same. You can also say Spain was an empire until 1975 when Spanish Sahara was invaded, but spain had nearly no power by then.
