Puff is ridiculously good. You cant edgegaurd her at all. She can be anywhere. Kill at any percent. Obviously that takes a ton of skill. I cant just do it auto win. But the character has that possibility. Fox just cant kill at 15 percent like that. He just cant float like that. No matter what the skill. I think puff is top tier for good.

I use jiggles too but damn, I wouldn't ever use her in a tourney. You don't see m2k or PC chris or Ken ever using her to be gay. She just doesn't have anyone who is good against her and it isn't hard to rest all day long. Rest is kind of easy to pull off on melee and brawl+

@brandnew8816 how is playing a character being a fag? you do realize that by having a 1 frame attack that can be jump canceled on frame 4-6 coupled with ridiculous air projectiles that can also be canceled upon landing, fox and falco are also "gay" by definition? we only perceive them as not being "gay" because their playstyle is faster. you don't see those three players using them because they don't main or play puff because IT'S NOT EASY TO USE PUFF AND THEY DIDN'T LEARN THE METAGAME WITH HER

Clearly with jigglypuffs dashspeed and high survivability she's so obviously the best character in the game. i mean look at her, her B-down has the largest hitbox in the game and doesnt require any sort of skill or prediction to pull off.
