numero six is overweight and is a very poor role model do not listen to his comments! i attended his class and he is the worst teacher ever, he changes choreography, and speeds up the music! he is very unsafe and more than 7 people that i know now refuse to teach with him.
You'd be very lucky to find a club with instructors that can teach the releases from this event which covered BC21 to BC30.
LM do not want people going back to the old stuff.
The official line is that the instructor is only allowed to teach releases since the one they qualified on (but rules are made to be broken and they are).
This was when we had decent combat routines.
In my opinion It has been downhill all the way since BC30 - which was the best D&R release since 21.
Miss this class,moved to Hawaii from Alabama(where I did have it). At least I have Turbo Kick as a sub but I'd still kind of rather have Body Combat. Wish my current gym would take on some of the Les Mills classes.
