i m my self am kungfu fanatatic and i admire chinese martial arts as well all the others but i like japanese attitude coz they dont always fall that bullshit about the difference of chinese and others martial arts but chinese almoust always fall to talk that trash like if something matters wich country the art came for punc a punch kick is a kick ewen in north pole and it is not the point that these fine arts started in china

This stuff is cool! I just started doing Isometric exersices and can visually see a difference. Plus, it's easy on the joints, because you don't move as much.
Ok i know i am not in shape and all but i used more power on these moves,when the guy said dont use much power and i actually got some cat pains from this ..

Talking is no need to use tongue sticking to the upper jaw as soon as you use strength ,this will release the blood and qi going up to the brain .

I'm interested, though it's a little bit difficult to understand.
Sum up:
1st, hands out in the position for 5 minutes
2nd, stretching of arms towards sideways for 5 minutes
3rd, wrist curled for 5 minutes before night or in the morning
4th, cross the forearm in a gently manner for 5 minutes

Strength Iron body :
1/Shaping your body in figure.
2/Handling power as soft as thread.
