  • im with tony, id like to smack kaufman upside the head

  • my favorites were elaine, jim, and that one goof sitting next to her

  • These nick channels need to put this show back on

  • people used to allow their hair to grow out horizontally above their ears. Not so today. I am inspired by these neglectful haircuts.

  • christopher lloyd is brilliant!!!

  • I also think SOAP was terrific!

  • Kaufman was a flaming idiot

  • That is not Shelley Long.

  • Shelly Long - Cheers

  • tvland should put this series back on

  • damn I recognize the 'lap blonde' but can't place her or get her name

  • most shows have that goofy breakout character, Kramer, Fonzie etc, but this show had THREE

    Iggy, Latka and Louie

    Fantastic show

  • what a handsome guy that judd hirsch is! 70´s brad pitt!

  • back then a dollar could buy a joint!!!

  • @ 2mins and 26 secs .. Yeah Tony he could see the future they made a move about some yrs later ! Starring Micheal J F0X

  • Wow, back when Nick at Nite was still good. The only shows I watch on it now is the nanny and family matters. Their not as classic but they are still pretty good shows.

  • good stuff ty

  • Latka with his tape recorder was hilarious.

  • it would have been brilliant if the blonde was Shelley Long

  • Latka's flash-card conversation seems to be derived from Bob Dylan's first video, "Subterranean Homesick Blues"....which is a small reason why Taxi was one of the greatest sit-com's of all time.

  • 1:30 I quit drugs for $1.35? What was I thinking of?

  • The Mid 70's to the late 80's were the golden age of comedy - they were smart, there was variety and they had unforgettable characters. Rev. Jim, Latka Gravis; Venus Flytrap; Les Nessman; Herb Tarleck - there are really only a couple of Comedies on today that can even make me laugh on a regular basis - Modern Family and The Big Bang Theory - sigh.

  • @CoachProc r u forgrtting the honeymooners?????

  • @CoachProc You're so right. The sitcoms today are so predictable. Does anyone know wher i can watch Mash episodes?

  • "And today is thursday"

    "just like jim predicted"

    I almost missed that

  • wkrp was classic..but no taxi

  • i quit drugs for $ 1.35 LMAO!!!!!!!

  • Jim was awesome.

  • i love jim he always seems to be drunk or hungover

  • I like this episode because you get a rare glimpse of the "good Louie" which made for some good shows.

  • haha oh kaufman is great!! hahaha love this show!

  • i love this show

  • Those studio knuckleheads need to hurry up & release Seasons 4 & 5. It's a total travesty that the best show ever is not completely available.

  • I agree with you, it is the BEST show ever.

  • I agree. I would love to see all the episodes again. Maybe WKRP would be another good one to bring back. Maybe it's out though. Guess I'll have to look. Does anyone remember Quark? It was about an Intergalactic garbage scow. It wasn't the best but it had it's moments and the twins were hot.

  • kaufman was a comic genius.

  • Projectile vomitting is NO EXCUSE!!!

  • hahahaha... they think we buy that

  • Tony?

    now now

  • kaufman is hilarious!!!!
