Overall this was a great video, but I wanted to give special props to James, it is so easy to lose a high tenor in an acappella segment especially with a four part male harmony. You came through clear as a bell at the ending section without being overpowering. I know from experience how had that is to do. Bravo.

The Eagles version changes the original from 3/4 to 4/4 time, and the extra beat causes the song to drag -- badly, despite the fine harmonies. This version adds the harmonies to the original 3/4 time and greatly improves upon the Eagles version!!

Great video, great song, and great performance. Let me add to the discussion by directing those interested to listen to Iain Matthews version of this song. It was on the album "Valley Hi" recorded in 1973. It was his cover of Steve Young's song that the Eagles copied.

This is one of the many Steve Young songs that is a classic. Y'all might want to take on Steve's song, "Alabama Highway". It would be interesting to see how you'd arrange that one. You can watch him sing an excellent version on the documentary, "Heartworn Highways. Nice version of Seven Bridges Road by the way. I enjoyed listening.
