Do any of you know what quantitative easing is? QE3? The Fed is creating more money out of thin air and buying toxic assets from banks at whatever price they both agree to. Well since the Fed didn't even have to EARN that money, what is a fair price? The money that is paid then becomes part of the banks cash reserves which then gives the banks the ability to loan out 10x's more than the amount they were paid by the Fed.
