open up your xbox. look at your hitachi, and you will see a sticker. at the right there is a yellow box with text in it. right above the yellow box you will see: ROM VER: and there you will see '00**^^' the * are numbers, and thats you version. the ^^ are just some lettre's (dont know if its called lettre, but i mean stuff like 'A' and 'B')
