Somebody thinking a person is outside of the bounderies aloud for them, or being able to see into the bounderies from somewhere and freaking out.
I dont know, as a naturist, I stay clean in public, but I am just not easily offended by harmless acts.

Old issue, but I still dont get whats meant by lewd behavior and why its so bad?
Is it your puritan upbringing?
I dont see why it matters if people are wiggling their butt or masterbating off to the side somewhere, or even having sex.
Why does america have such an aversion to harmless things.
Still, I am fine with compromise, but assuming we dont let obvious sexual acts happen, is that only whats meant when lewd behavior is mentioned?
