actually it's worldwide accepted standard form is NRP, so in a way, you are right but on the other hand it's the overall term for different variations of one and the same language spoken in the region of Britain.

Tienen razón todos los que dicen que pronunciar la r al final de sílaba y palabra como se hace en inglés estadounidense se asemeja a un rechinar de caballo. El mejor inglés, el más prestigioso sin duda es el británico (RP).
