don't puff ur cheeks and don't lean back. The alinement of your throat and diaphragm when ur leaning back won't really help in playin a wind instrument or singing, in fact it'll make it worse. So, unless its a visual, don't lean back... other than that, nice sound, and pretty good solo... :D
Thats pretty good, I would add some dynamics, appropriate vibrato. I don't think thats their halftime show, you can see the percussion and they clearly don't move. If it is their halftime show, add some sets, standstills are boring.
I wish that there was video of trumpet soloist Mark Murray who graduated from there in 1989. For four years he could bring down the house with his solos. You could hear his soul in his sound. He traveled and performed abroad but alway came back. I miss the moments from halftime when our band would take the field at home.. Always amazing.
this is really good. i wish our band sounded like that. :( but that chick, whoever she is, kudos to her. shes good. and shes not puffing her cheeks. it just kinda looks like it. mine do that to when i play.
Sorry, but there is no such thing. If it sounds good and she can play good, what's the problem? Most Callet embouchure players could blow you away with their tone, articulation, and range. If you knew what they did inside their mouth you'd be a little confused, or like me- completely enlightened. You have to open your mind to reach your potential. Nothing is wrong if it works for the player.
dont lean back, stay straight and open up your arms for better breathing. and really, dont puff your cheeks

I agree with you! There are many people who hasn't got the good embouchure, but if the play very well, what's the problem?
