Purin is the English translation of the Japanese name. My PC won't display Japanese characters for some reason anyways, so Purin is the next best thing.

I'm not sure of the official riddle rules, but I'm pretty sure you could have cleared most of those ones you couldn't clear if you had pulled a turnip before hitting the first target and dropping it on the target.

mismatch is playing the character on a level that isn't their level. riddle is hitting as many targets as you can in the air without touching the ground. this is mismatch riddle
