  • So, what was wrong with that squat? I saw MRT's comments, but it seems that you are on your heels and your ass does come up.

  • The incredible amount of dorsiflexion ROM used puts the knees 2-4" in front of toes and allows for a nearly vertical back angle. I.E. This is a leg press with a bar on the back an not a squat.

  • Yup. Still a damned strong standing leg press with a bar on the back.
