I can never grow tired of this song. This video is in a playlist with around 100 songs of John Denver. I hard a couple of songs of John in my life, only the most known ones. But I do like te others too. A happy day for me :). Now I can listen to this while working on my huge ass paper..

Been listening to John Denver since I was 18. 39 years later, I still listen and play his songs on the guitar. None other has that voice and love for this music like John did. His songs always made me feel calm and close to God. Ironically, he passed away on my daughters 8th birthday.

My husband and I were married in 1975, and this was the song I chose to be sung during the ceremony. I am especially moved by the change in the last line lyric from "say you'll follow me" to "I will follow you". To me, it signifies the give and take needed for a successful marriage.Must have worked, 35 years later and still going strong. Thank you, John Denver for this song.

i love this song my mom would sing it to me when i was a baby to put me to sleep. it brings back memories of my mom and dad being together. i love this song and it sonds beautiful when m,y mom sang it to me my brother and my sister it has always been a comforting song ill always think so and most likely ill sing it to my kiids when i have kids when i get older. i think john denver for this song.
