  • Great job on it man ,I'm curious of the voltage range and AMPS.It would be a great project to get into

  • Read the book The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind

  • How much voltage does it produce?

  • anyone tried___ w w w diymagneticmotor com ?

  • do you have it grid tied? if so using what electronics?

  • nice. what's the power range?

  • NICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @XxtechnoxX123 haha funny

  • Taking advantage on wind energy through wind turbines is very helpful in cutting down our finances in a sense that you are able to produce your own electricity without even paying for it. It's unbelievable until you have your own wind turbine to use to prove it's really true.

  • @ibeweagle that is pretty amazing i'm trying to do my own im buying all the tools in needed so thanks for the video ....

  • cool nice work coll windmill :)

  • @erik374 let me fix your comment: cool nice work cool wind turbine :)

  • @mclmatty HAHA sorry :)

  • Thumbs Up!

  • Please clear me in details why tail set in offset distance ?

  • just worked out that way need to fix will be on next video

  • Would you like to see my work, than please search on you tube my name Yogesh Premanand Sonar" or High Efficiency Horizontal Axis Wind Turbine"

I hope will you send me any comment with your valuable guideline,

I look forward to receive your reply soon,

  • @ypsonar so it will not over rev.called a self furling tail.it takes it out of the wind.even water widmills do this.

  • @ypsonar ..i just figure it out too, it only answer a question that would be lingering in a person's mind, what if the wind change direction...there!!...the tail...that's what the tail accommodates ..the changes in wind direction...the wind blow onto to the tail causing the whole thing spin and at the same blowing on the blade from the side...so it basically adjust itself to the direction of the...a smart ingenious idea over look.

  • wow that's very good. How much are you getting from each?

  • Amature...but SERIOUS lookin machines there, I bet they crank out ALOT of power.

I seen some "Professional" designs but they look like they were put out by con artists

  • Nice design! Do you have a diagram of the yaw control angle you would be willing to share? I've been wanting to build a wind turbine on my farm.

  • Looks great!

  • excellent...good job!!Very clever

  • where did you get the design for the stators i am interested in building one of these my self possibly more unsure.would like to know thanks

  • hybread between hughs and other powers have new design that made over 1.3kw will have video soon 16 mags 12.5 rotors 1x2x.5 mags 12 coils will get it soon took 5 years to get there and burned out stators now dont anymore and servived 70+ winds this one is now gone to new design and is working much better thank for the comments cheers Mike

  • Great looking turbine!

  • I couldnt tell what you said, how much electricity did it produce?

  • 700 watts sustained but burned out two stator now new proto type in progress will update when up

  • what plans did you use?

  • what size magnets?

  • n40 magnets 1x2x.5inch

  • So what would this thing power? A 20W light bulb?

  • should do lighting in garage if good area for wind right now in area 2 clearwater MN

  • nice vid, what are the blades made from or where did you get them. would it be good enough to power a car altanator?

  • home sawn on homemade band saw own logs too 1/2laminated ash elm what ever is ready dry

  • Nice I want one too.

  • when new design gets out getting there

  • great video!! hope to make a turbine as good as that in the near future!! more turbine videos please :-)

  • Great looking wind turbines.

wind turbines are a lot funner to watch than solar panels

  • hahah yeah for sure, LOL who wants to watch solar panels :P, i guess cuz wind turbines move and its creatable while solar panels u gotta buy them or something haha

  • Great work - I think the future for wind energy should be small scale domestic turbines. They look good you can use the power when its there and charge batteries. I saw one in a field today it looked ok.

  • Good job. All your generators look good. Keep up the good work. Wish I had the space to put up a decent sized mill myself.
