No If you only see the name of your given computer listed and the default IP address 192.168.1.100+, or the website you are connected to then you are fine. Most spyware is stored in your registry. Go Google "HijackThis" porgrams its free and keep your firewall up. And stay away from porn and limewire.

What you have to do is the minute you hit enter after typing in netstat is you have to hit your Pause/Break key. You must do this very quick or you will miss it. When you are ready to close it, you have to hit the pause/break key again and right click the icon on your task bar and close it that way. Have fun.

Thanks for the tip, but window only opens for a few seconds and disappears. 1st time I recognized a lot of You tube and google ip addresses, but after that I saw some strange things ip addys that shouldn't be there. Curious as to how I can make the window stay open long enough to see and track down the ip addys?? Any ideas?

ehm srry to shoot down your parade here but those are simply all the programs using an internet connection under your local IP address. Most home networks all clients are usually given a local ip with the prefix 192.168.1.X where x equals the device go on your network with another computer and type in netstat and instead of whatever the ip is in this video it will be the local ip of the other computer :\ lol track em down I would like to see anyone track down a local IP
