You killed some enemies during the descend of the death animation. Maybe if you level up while getting killed, the game will freak out!

That's a lot of MeowBombs. Also, the only way to destroy the SupriseMeow is to plug its mouth with a MeowBomb using Thoreau. You might be able to do the same with Boomer, but I'm not sure.
