We need this restructuring bad. Mail is an antiquated, environmentally unfriendly form of communication. The least that can be done is to get rid of the 'no layoff' policy in the labor contract. 20% reduction in demand from peak and hasn't cut a single head, not even the bottom 5% of troublemakers... ever! It's not a job, it's a welfare system. Align it to reality like any other business would do... profit or non-profit alike.
