@daswenzel I believe they were talking about mic diificulties, and I don't think Jensen said Misha's name at 0:51, the only other times they talked about Misha was about Jared sending a text to Misha for his birthday and Jensen's first time working with Misha as one of his most awkward moments on the show.

No Daswenzel is right. It isn't at the 51 second mark. It is at the 51 minute mark. A japanese fan asks a question. I'm not sure what exactly but something about if they'd like to say a message to their growing fans in japan?

And she says Misha answered too and *something* and that is where Jensen go "uuugh Misha", but I can't make it out either sorry

@lostcause78 Yes the question was about a message to the Japanese fans, and the girl was saying that Misha posted a message in Japanese on his twitter when the earthquake happened. So the boys were jokingly saying "uuuggh Misha" for Misha showing them up by giving a message in Japanese.
