  • Hello there! Have you considered - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my mate got hot Six pack abs and lost a lot of belly fat with it.

  • i am thin and i train my abs for like 4 months but it is not very goog, do i have to just keep it up and then it will work or am i doing something wrong i am training every second day

  • You have to do cardio to burn fat..... You could do all the ab excercises you want, if you dont lower your BMI, body fat...You will never see results....

  • @bogie74 Actually the most accurate measurements you can use is the combination of the scale, caliper and the mirror. BMI aren't very accurate.

    Cardio such as jogging and stairs should help burn some fat but it's not as effective as high intense running such as intervals

  • do these exercises and you'll have a flat stomach in no-time? i'm not a fitness expert but i'm 100% sure you''re selling bull right there (maybe you just meant a 6-pack).Because you also need -10% fat to show them...

  • @lyrenz1234 Stick with body only resistance. For example, do leg raises, crunches, and side plank and leg exercises for the obliques and v-cut.

  • @carlitos78776 actually you do need workout to build the abs, diet and cardio won't build bigger or tougher muscles fool, cardio only burns the fat off but workout is what actually makes ur pack bigger and tougher, unless you want some small pac that is, depends

  • I thought cardio burns body fat and ab excersise utilizing weights built stomach muscles, not sit ups and wood chops?

  • Abs are built in the Kitchen, not in the weight room. How about telling people to do 1000 crunches to get a flat mid-section?

  • @TheXFrame i agree with you a good bit. diet is a huge part in being able to SEE the abs, but you need to do gut ripping exercises to make the ab muscles bigger and more profound. abs are great but not as impressive if they are wimpy.( also tons of cardio.)

  • You should be old enough now, but don't get extremely serious. You should wait until you're around 18 before you start some serious bodybuilding.

  • -Sixpack in young age is no problem caus u train it with your own weight as well as push ups and stuff but dont go to gym unless u 16 years old believe can get health problems i know bout it

  • lol I've been working out with weights in the gym since i was 14, and it's not a problem as long as you don't use what's called over load training. The dangers with being young and using weights is that the muscles grow and adjust more rapidly than your muscle attachments. You can even ripp off the attachments and pieces of your skeleton.

    You can run and do push-ups and other similar things, though. Just nothing heavy.

  • poptop isnt that th same with any workout. so many ppl try the easy way out which is why they end up with mat toys and spring toys to work out. This video shows a serious plan that takes hard work BUT will get you SERIOUS RESULTS
