It would be nice if the data liberation front would make it 1) possible to change one's account name on yourtube or 2) be able to export all of one's data & metadata so it could be imported into a different account.

Come on, how we want to be known changes over time, don't lock us in.

@outsdin The 2) is most likely a no-go as that would in theory enable a malicious third-party to pretty much steal your identity on Google, and you would have no way of proving that you are the original owner of the account. I agree with the name-changing on YouTube, though. Would be nice.
