Does he clip the belly wool last or is he not bothering? Is this the latest technique, certainly makes sense, but I think I'd be laughed out of the pub if I tried it!

@snauzy It's wool and its used in woolens and worsteds. Today that means usually sweaters/jumpers, suits, and sports jackets.

Do they not shear out the bellies over there. Very tidy otherwise.

@auskelp - Some farmers have bellies are taken off and dealt with at crutching time, then left on at main shearing.
