@BrokenTechnoOFFICIAL Color blind people have trouble seeing reds, blues, greens or all color period. This feature just turns the red and green tags to colors that most color blind people are likely to see.

you can even see enemy stealth bombers on your radar with the color assist enabled.. just saw the mw3 mythbusters video and came here to find out exactly what it does :P

I'm partially color blind so the reds and greens sometime blend together. And I can't tell the difference. This has personally helped my k/d.
