Well when you are competing at competitions like hall of fame, they look for tricks so obviously the chreographer knew what they were doing. And they used the dancer's strengths because afterall, it is his solo. But i totally understand where you're coming from.

thats not all theyre looking for..im a choreographer..and most of my choreography is HEAVY in storyline..and hardly any of my dances have fouettes or ponche or battement..and we win just the same..but the one thing i cant say i disagree with your satetment is that its a solo..and its hard to find storylines for solos..lol..it takes me a few months for mine..lol....

First of all, I admire the fact that you can judge so easily and understand people you don't know by I single post. I wish I had that charisma... Secondly, I didn't criticise the dancer but the choreography, because it looks more like rythmic gymnastics than contemporary and it gives emphasis on flexibility than interpretation. That's my personal opinion and I don't expect from anyone to agree. And, unfortunately for you, I do ballroom and latin. So if it bothers you, you can tell me to stop.
