All these albums were on one label (Stax) and were by one band (Booker T and The MG's) with the exception of The Bar-Kays who were produced by Booker T and The MG's. TAKE THAT YOU ROCK FAGS!!
Not only that, but that's Alex Desert, who in addition to acting roles on Becker and in Swingers, was a vocalist in Hepcat; a damn good band in their own right. (got to see them in '97 not far from where this scene was set in Chicago). Yeah, I figure someone else mentioned that here, but I haven't looked that far.
If there are any other vinyl collectors watching this would you agree....
THE WAY THAT GUY IS HOLDING THAT LP AT 1:49 DRIVES ME BAT SHIT !!!!
You can tell he din't study the role of how a collector who pays 40 for an Lp would handle it. I think the geek rubbing the record like it was a chic would have been the better owner lol!!
yes my friends with vinyl collections would have shit and banished you from their room if someone bent the cover like that guy who is buying captain beefheart, my friends were loser stoners who had original not rereleased Zappa collections
AHHHHHH..Doesn't that just bug the crap out you? Every time I watch this movie I hope that would change and he would hold it differently but it never does.
