@shikadude95 i haven't been following your conversation, i'm just reading your comment. maybe i'm saying this because i'm a troubletones fan, but they should have won. it was not a competition. they simply lost because the plotline would be awkward if ND lost at the beginning of the season. Yes, troubletones could win and then both teams reconcile later, there's a story plot, but the show has always, is, and will always be about the new directions

But I just feel that the Troubletones's preemptive proposal to the New Directions was a bit rude and tactless really. They seemed overly-confidant and assured that New Directions would lose, which is not really in the spirit of sportsmanship.

I do love this song I really do, but their dancing was atrocious. They were completely out of time, half of them weren't putting any effort in to the moves and the choreography wasn't great, I think mainly that's why they lost.

The New Directions did that out of love, because they realized that they are young and they will graduate soon so enough with the battles...

I'm still confused as to why The New Directions got a full length concert, while the Troubletones only got to perform one song [mash-up]. I think the winner was clear, but we all know it had to happen.

@brandomac777 Remember in all the regionals, sectionals etc, when the New Directions got to sing 3 songs, but all the other show choirs got 1, and some we didn't even see perform? It's the same thing here - the Trouble Tones DID sing 3 songs but we were only shown 1, because it would take far too long to show the entire competition and the directors only had an hour to work with. It would have been nice to see their other two songs, but Glee centres around the ND, not the TT.
