  • It's must be weird for 'Maria' (Fiona o'Carroll). She's watching her dad - in a dress - shout at her mum and another guy, and being introduced by her mum as her 'soon to be sister-in-law'!

  • @almanzooffical I'm British to your right as well

  • hilarious . we need laughter in this world.

  • What is going on here you are some of uz fighting just if urban irish or British like come on people its really nothing to fight about then fine but please do tell me y and don't give this is just like this person or because I dislike the country that was the past and I net that there are people there that uses would consider as friends so don't take it out on the people in it any way like honestly

  • Actually only northern ireland is part of the UK. I'm british (don't shoot) but i have a great respect for the irish and my best mate is irish to so i would be a hypocrit to have any problem with the irish. i will say we did treat them badly. But there have been casualties on both sides with the IRA and whatnot.

Lets leave it we are our own people and perhaps we have moved past the violence and hate now. This is a great show. Massive respect for everyone.

  • @ShadowReaperX07 Too true but N/Ire shouldn't be part of the Uk and If wasn't then no body would have been hurt..Sorry dude but that's the truth..

  • woooahhh fucking calm down everyone irish people are fucking amazing people so lay off

  • Appallingly low brow flatulent comedy, even by the standards of the pie in the face brigade. O Carroll (although my first thought on seeing him is normally O Christ) is as funny as a death in the family. The interesting thing about this is why an institution such as the BBC would commission this at all, let alone a second series. Maybe Gutty O Carroll pushed a packet of hisEasiSingles into the DG's face and said (Dub accent) "Eat my chee-as youze Mudders".

  • Slick Mick The Dick lol

  • WELL DONE BRAINS... I SAID IT WAS A MAN

  • @mikeoneuk your one of the twats who makes us Englishmen look like a self indulgent selfish bunch of wankers so fuck off and piss of out of our country

  • @Saintssupporter10 correction yous are a bunch of selfish wankors and secondly yous stop coming over to ireland trying to claim irish heritage ya hypicrot

  • I tell you all, quit the politicking and laugh, like I have, laughed and laughed and more. It does you good, doesn't matter what part of the world you are from, just laugh, this is such a TONIC! And I'll give the Irish this, you know how to make us laugh! Thumbs up !

  • i just want to add - almost noone is alive from before Irish independance, so bringing that up is unneccessary hate mongering, if Ireland could stop focusing on that and Britain on WW2 perhaps our two countries might do better in the world

  • Lads shut the fuck up. mrs brown is irish ok..why does it matter like, the show goes on tour to england and its shown on BBC. and btw mrs brown is a man :P

  • @Shiivvyy1 mrs brown? mrs brown? it's a fecking man for gods sake

  • slick mick the dick lol i <3 her so freakin much

  • Can't we just appreciate the humour and acting on this great show? I could care less what the heritage is, it makes me laugh, and it isn't that the purpose? Great writing performed by talented people are the results, plain and simple.

  • O’Carroll never expects much from the critics – “it’s a hate-hate relationship,” as he puts it – but his nomination for Mrs Brown’s Boys , an RTÉ-BBC co-production that has been on British screens recently, has him up against the likes of Steve Coogan and Peep Show for the situation-comedy award at next month’s ceremony. its a co production between Irish RTE and British BBC

  • Tut Tut, all this bile, this is brilliant comedy, and obviously from Ireland. The accents couldn't be mistaken for anywhere else. What the Beeb has done, and thanks to YouTube, is open it up to a world wide audience where millions around the world are now clammering to see more of it . This is good for the cast and production crew, and reflects brilliantly on Irish talent and , lts face it--bravoury.

  • get a life

  • This show makes me want to move to Ireland. American TV is so lame and boring. I haven't laughed this hard in forever! I wish I could find full episodes online!

  • @TiffanyBusby Try amazon you will get it on DVD, but make sure you the right area code for your DVD's, as UK ones wont play In USA.

  • so this slick mick the dick

  • no offence to the Irish or anything but the bbc is a british company... so this is actually a british programme... it may be written by irish people and/or have irish comedians but at the end of the day it is a british company that employs the people and owns the rights to the programme...

  • @friendsfan931 That's like saying Obama is a Republican because they show his speeches on Fox News! This show is IRISH, dude!

  • @friendsfan931 Thats completely wrong.. Thats like saying Eastenders is irish because its aired on RTE.

  • it this supposed to be an English Madea?

  • IT,S FCKIN IRISH WAT IS IT WITH U BRITS TRYING 2 TAKE OVER EVERY THING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @skyonit ????

  • slick mick the dick......

  • @miselemass good old british comedy... made by a irish comedian XD

  • sometimes i thinks there saying tanks instead of thanks

  • @1998LiamJacobs That's because they are.

  • Machine Gun Fanny.

    Haha Pure Win XD

  • cathy is a unbich

  • @MultiNaton its irish mate

  • Brilliant :) so funny

  • Absolutely brilliant. It's the best thing I've seen in years. Personally, I couldn't give a monkeys where it is from, it is sheer brilliance. Enough of the verbal abuse, there is enough shite going on in the world.

  • @MultiNaton im not a nerd you absolute tool.. im irish and i dont appreicate you revering to us as british cus after 800 years of oppression not to mention near fucking genocide we suffered by you brits we won our independence so dont fuckin call us british

  • @libertycaps666 Keep your hair on! All he said was about decent comedy, who cares if it's british or irish? It's still funny. Calm down.

  • @libertycaps666 good for you so sick of people slagging off the irish,

  • @libertycaps666 im english and i agree with u m8 :)

  • @libertycaps666 It's the Norhern Irish who want to be British, but what gets me is simple. You are still fighting a 800 year old fucking war. get up to date for fucks sake. it's 2011. My Parents are from Sligo , but they don't carry on like you idiots. they just get on with living.

  • @broslough first of fuck your parents dickhead why'd ya think i give a shite what they think, and second if you werent such a retard you'd know that its only the british loyalist who are descended from mostly scotland that want to remain apart of britain the rest of the population of northern ireland are irish who want a united ireland our most nowadays just want peace, but still regardless of that how would you feel if slovakia was still under hungarian controll or the soviot union

  • @libertycaps666 Still had to bail your economy out

  • @milatic13 ...So true, thumbs up for that comment!!...and they still in the red!!!...

  • @libertycaps666

But we do love a bit of Stephen Fry :)

  • @CatorsCinema haha true that

  • @libertycaps666 What's with the rage dude?? Chill out...British Irish...all the same...when did you earn your freedom though? Isn't Ireland still part of the U.K.?

  • @kaziabir1 im guessing your american because its only you gobshites who are this retarded, saying british irish is the same is like saying american and mexican is the same ya tool, and we won or independence in 1921 but yes the brits still occupy six counties in northern ireland but im guessing you never heard of the troubles though

  • @libertycaps666 what is gobshites lol? saying american and mexican are the same is truly retarded but seriously without the accent I don't see much difference in British and the Irish. Btw you just proved my point, British still has control over Ireland so you are part of the U.K. and yes I have heard about the "troubles" never quite understood it, always thought it was kind of silly. but go on with your revolution and good luck I guess.

  • @kaziabir1 i have 2 words for u FUCK YOU U FUCKING BRITS DONE OWN IRISH US IRISH ARE WAY DIFFRENT CREATIVE AND HAVE WAY MORE NICVE PPL SSO FUCK OFF

  • @ThePooleye lol u guys rage so easily it's so much fun. umm I'm just laughing too hard to come up with a reply for this.

  • @kaziabir1 thought i already replyed to this shite, only northern ireland is part of the uk im from the republic of ireland so no im not apart of the uk how can you not get that, and of course you dont understand the troubles your wayyy to stupid man, but let me ask you this was the american revolution silly also guess you would prefer if america was still under britains control to right

  • @kaziabir1 ok mate ireland is a republican nation...england has no control and never will again..go back to school son...ireland gained there independance in 1916 when the IRA kicked your arses, god rest their souls...theres a big difference between the irish and english...the english think they are mighty and powerful and snobby...thats why they are hated by most countries and the irish are a well respected nation who is practically loved

  • @libertycaps666 finally some tells british off on you tube thanmk u im iruish too im just so annoyed by brits exexpt a few are my frriends nice ones not cunts

  • @ThePooleye ive no problem with the british people man the ones ive met where all bang on, but still if any pricks start revering to us irish as british considering we were fighting there oppression for 800 years i aint havin it

  • I only clicked on this cause i thought it said Mr Brown...

  • LOVE THIS!

  • The last good original comedy by the beeb was Outnumbered odviously next to the 2 Ricky Gervais' shows. And soon to be a third which i can't wait for...

I can understand why the bbc commisioned this show, same reason for them commisioning The Office, its monday night, quite low budget (it shure looks it). And very low risk.

Comedy is subjective, especially "Funny" comedy, but broadcasting a show that appeals to an old man and his dog really isnt forfilling of the "Broad", in Broadcast.

  • @rorrt bla bla you you old fart dont watch it glad not many like u

  • When will the BBC realise. This just...isn't funny. -.-

  • @soundslikestu then dont whatch it u boring old ballbag

  • @soundslikestu oh get a personality, what are you wanting nature reserve 2011.
